Me, too,
E, so feeleth not like the Lone Rangerette!!! I'm in the newsroom now waiting to go cover a meeting and I've been eating all day. Presently, I am eating sugar frosted Cheerios, but there've been worse things! (There's a pizza parlor next door).

Hocus, pocus, focus, focus! On to the best calorie controlled Wednesday ever!

(Was I shouting? How rude!)
I can do it!!! Exercise calories burned (already) 240 (1 hour, 20 min of what trainer calls "random exercise" at gym ... I call it circuit training)
K!
) and think it's going to be my main posting focus for awhile ... maybe it could be revamped monthly to keep it lite and quick (like my eating, hopefully)!

You'll exercise when you feel like it. You have to be ready. Please don't worry about estimating, going over and "blowing it!" IMO, it's consistency in counting calories that counts (sorry, too many counts in that sentence). Even if we don't get a count exactly correct, just assigning a number to everything eaten really does keep the total eaten in check, at least that's the way I look at it!
You're probably more accurate than you think.
