Carol-Ouch!! Take care of that hand! Isn't XP great? I have it on my computer at school. The only problem is it takes so long to print anything out, especially excel spreadsheets. Good luck with learning it, I still am!
I've been bad this weekend. I haven't done much work in the house and the living room is still a mess. I just wanted a couple of days of rest before going back to work. I'm still waiting on Mike to edge the ceiling. I might have to end up doing it myself. I want to get this room back together before I go back on Thursday. I'm going to wait to do the kitchen until this weekend, since I have Monday off.
Dee-I certainly hope you aren't weeding! Congratulations on Dez's graduation. I know that she has come a long way. I really miss you joining me on the exercise thread. I am up to 130 miles this month! I may end up with 140 or 150. I went 11 this morning because the weather was so nice at 6:30 when I went out. By the time I got home it was hot though.
Sherry-I don't know how you are keeping up this pace. I have only done 2 rooms and am totally pooped!
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do with my french doors to keep from seeing through them. They go from the living room into the "exercise/ catch all room" and I would like to for the time being be able to keep the room rather messy until I can go through everything, but I don't want it to be able to be seen. I wish I knew how to do stained glass, because I would do that to them. I used to have curtains on them, but you could still see through them, since they were lacy. I need to do something cheaply, of course.
I moved all of my Lizzie High dolls to the fireplace, along with some collectible bears and Sheila houses. I used to have family pictures all over it, but I am going to weed through them and move them to the table behind one of the couches. The fireplace is in the corner next to the french doors that I am talking about. I still have so many collectible plates to hang, along with a couple of paintings and prints.

How many thought I was nuts????
Everything is cleaned, painted and ALL put up!!!! It looks soooooooo nice!!! I can't believe it's all over!! I am one tired lady! If we hadn't of been done I really think I would have ended up in the hospital. Either by exhastion or in a mental hospital!
Man, She's came a long ways!! What a turn-a-round for her! Give her a big hug from me. I know you're so proud of her! I think my favorite flowers in my yard right now (That Mom set out) are the daisies. They are beautiful!

I also have four days in July where I have to be in Oxford, MS for an introduction to the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards curricula. I'm shooting for my national board certification this year. It's like getting a master's degree in nine months. Truthfully, I don't think I'll get it my first time up, mainly because I have the least amount of experience (three years) they will allow. I mainly want to do it so I can have a mentor teacher!
