Good morning!
That's sounds like a good workout Susie! it is always nice to do something different every now and then with your exercise routine. I go to Curves 5+ times a week and Water Aerobics on Wednesdays for a change of pace ;) I hope you found the motivation you needed here this morning! :coffee: |
Woo-hoo!!! l0,0k (lol) at all these people "weighing" in with their comments! (what a tard I am...hence the name "tardyangel").
It has been a normal weekend. Nothing spectacular to report....other than, lol (of course there is)....I put on an 18W jacket today! Woo-buggin-hoo!!!! lolol...now I can't button it, but baby it fits (like a glove, lol)....My 28W's are out the window! I'm wearing a 21 now as --- I'm snug in a 20 and loosey-goosey in a 22. Painter - I get how you're feeling completely. There's something about seeing 300 on a scale that really makes you realize how far you've gone off track. I started at 320 :( I'm tall too, so I hide it quite well too (5'9") I've had the same problem. I'm heavy around my mid-section, so clothes are loose on top and tight at the waist. I hate it! But I hope it will begin to even out more too, but darn it, I'll live wearing a 12 top and 10 pants if I have to ;) (I'll just have to ....suffer.... lolol). I don't weigh myself as much as most ppl do though. I'm afraid of the scale and avoid it like my worst enemy. So I have no clue if I've lost any weight here in the past month. Since I only get weighed at my doctor's office and my next appointment isn't until October; I'm sure I'll break and get on a scale before then. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend ---- and keep posting! I love to read your stories and what's happening in your lives! Gives me a boost to know we're all in the same boat. |
JEO: Thanks for the post...I do find a lot of support here. It's helpful to read others peoples comments and see how far they have come and where they are going. I used to do water aerobics, but we don't have the class anymore, however the pool is still available, so I might add that especially since it's starting to get hot here in Ohio.
TardyAngel: I'm a 21 pants also! Started in 26's, and I know that when I started wearing a 18 top, I was in heaven! Can't wait to get to that size on the bottom! We will get there! |
WOW... Look at you go Angel! I bet it will button in no time too!
I wanted to share my pictures with everyone so you can see how I'm doing (I also have my family in there too ;) )My Photo Gallery Here |
Afternoon is better than morning!
Hello! Hello again all! :coffee:
I'm awake and raring to tackle the day...now that it's over, lololol!!! I've exercised today, so I feel better knowing that I took care of me today...even though I hated every step in my hour long walk (it's 92 here today with high humidity, yowzer!) Jen - your pics rocked! Go on with your bad self ;) My - Woo-hoo! I'm glad to know there's someone else out there in those "21's"! It was a major celebration for me as I'm sure it has been with you. I've been feeling like taking a chance and weighing myself since it's been a month, but I think I'll just hang back and give myself another month :dizzy: just to be safe....I'm hoping and praying that I weigh in the 260's now (hoping and praying as key words in that statement, lol). I'll see if I can post a b4 photo of me from last year and I'll try to post one at 6 month intervals. Have a great day ladies! Angel :) |
Angel - Thank you!!! :D BTW I don't blame you for hating your walk... 92 degrees is bad enough when it isn't humid! More power to you for doing your whole walk even even the heat!!! What will-power! ;)

Hey Everyone!!
Hello everyone!! I hope you all had a great day! Mine was TERRIFIC!! :cb:
I decided to weigh in this morning...I pulled out the scale that I usually keep tucked away out of sight to avoid climbing on it everyday...I closed my eyes as tight as I could, crossed my fingers and slowly climbed on. I probably stood there a good two or three minutes before I was able to gather up the courage to open my eyes and look but when I finally did..WOOHOO :goodscale 5lbs down from my last weigh in!! :dancer: I think I probably woke up the entire apartment complex with my whoop of joy. I was sooooooo excited. I have been on that plateau for soooo long. Feels good to have finally seen the scale dip a little more. Let me tell ya, it totally set the mood for my entire day!! I think people thought I was a little loopy all day. :dizzy: But how do you explain to them..hey I lost 5 more pounds...and have them understand just HOW much that actually really means?? I work with guys...I dispatch for PepsiAmericas, and I deal with salesmen and truck drivers all day. They would NEVER understand. So, I just let them all believe I was a little off my rocker today. Kinda kept them on their toes. ;) Anyway...got home from work, did some gardening in my tiny little garden, had some dinner, and sat down to read all the new posts, when I thought to myself...it's still sunny out, why am I inside? So I pulled my boyfriend off his computer and made him go walking with me!! My mood from this morning has just carried through the entire day, and it feels amazing!!!! It had begun to feel like I would never crack 37lbs lost...now I can say I've lost 42!!! Woohoo!!! Okay, I'll try and calm down now.... :^: I hope all the rest of you had a great day, too. You're all so sweet and supportive. I've only been on this board since Saturday, but already I can totally feel the encouragement and good vibes coming from you all!!! Thanks a TON!!! You have no idea how much it means!!! :thanks: |
Barb
Hi Barb,
How did your job interview go? I hate interviews!! I always get soooo nervous. I hope everything went well for you!! Funny thing happened with the cookies for the American Cancer Society event.....the town I live in flooded!!! So...the event was canceled. Now I'm sitting here with 16 DOZEN cookies..yes that's 192 cookies....and no event to sell them at :fr: . If THAT isn't a temptation, I don't know what is. So I did the only thing I could think of at the time, and I wrapped them all up and stuck them in every tupperware container I could find, and FROZE THEM. True you cant even fit a single ice cube in my freezer now...but it's a little harder to sneak a frozen cookie then a thawed one. :p My sisters and I (they were doing it also) are trying to decide what to do with them all. If all else fails I'll take them to work and sit them out for the drivers to eat. I doubt they'd last the morning. I guess it's one of those things where it's the thought that counts. Anyway, I hope you're doing well and that you faired your interview well, also. Take care!!! |
good evening chicks!!
Just getting ready for bed and thought I'd check in...
I had kick-boxing tonight and have only one more class till the instructor takes the summer off. She will be starting again in the Fall and tonight told us she is 7 weeks pregnant...so she asked if anyone might be interested in taking the class for free, getting paid to be there and doing the moves beside her as she will be quite far along and does not want to do the higher impact stuff for the next set of classes, she will call out the moves and the person will do them in front for the class to follow.....I am considering this...am I CRAZY  or what .........I can not believe I am sefriously thinking aboutdoing this when just a few weeks ago I was afraid of going at all.....what do you guys think..I need your imput on this sooooo bad......I don't want to look silly I am after all still 201lbs(hopefully alot smaller by the time a new class starts) :crossed: Anyway let me know what you think....be honest PLEASE!!!! Courtney and Angel : staying away from the scale for a while is something alot more of us should do ...I am addicted to it ...I had my husband hide it from me I only get it once a week (on fridays)and then he takes it away again  .I think I might need a 12 step program sometime in the near future for this weird fixation  ! It feels great to step on the scale after not being on it for a while and see a lower #...You girls are GREAT... keep up the good work!! Well I have got to get to bed...My lastday of painting at the store is tomorrow..I can hardly wait to be done :faint: ....... Goodnight Chickas.....Jilly |
Hi Girls- Just a quick check in! Yesterday had a job interview that looked pretty promising. Today, have to return a call about another potential job. I really miss working! Food good- yesterday was day off from exercise, kind of by default. Will get to gym today, I promise! Take care everyone!

Good Morn!
Hello Hello All!
I see that everyone has been active as ever here and I had lots of successes to read about this morning! Wonderful! Courtney - Congrats!!!! 5lbs. is a MAJOR success! +40 lbs ---- WoW! I would have been running around celebrating all day too. And you're right...those guys you work with wouldn't understand any of this! Jilly - I think you should go for the class. Here's my reasons: 1. It's Free! 2. You'll be way under 201 when class starts 3. You're already in the class - so what's the difference of where you're standing? 4. People will use you as a motivator. 5. It's Free!!!! Also - 12 step program, lolol! I think I need one too, but for wearing other people's jewelry, lol. Since I don't weigh myself I've found that I obsess with my two friend's jewelry. When I started, I wore a size 10 ring. My two friends wear a size 7 and 7 1/2. So I keep trying their rings on to see if I fit them yet, lolol! I found a friend who wears a size 8 that I just got into so I'm thrilled, lolol. Hmmmm....they are so used to this that they don't find it strange and they just laugh....maybe I need a scale, lol. Barb - Good Luck on the job search! I will give you a little prayer today hoping you get the job you want! Have a rockin' day girls! Angel :) |
Good morning...it's a brand new day!
Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to start my day out right and the way to do that is to check in. I have my weigh-in tomorrow and I fear that I might be up a little. I had trouble with those vanillia cream cookies and milk on Saturday and Sunday. You know..it takes no time to put it on...but forever to take it off. I'm hoping that I'll stay the same or only gain 1/4 to 1/2...but you know, I know I did it to myself and I can't undo it..just go on...and I have. I've been doing my workouts and not really "beating" myself up about it. The old me, would have just said...you messed up, so go ahead and eat the rest..but I stopped..that's an accomplishment for me! Jilly: I think you should teach the class! Do it for you..do it for those people who want to be like you and think they can't do it...show them that they can..you did..you are an inspiration! Barb: Good luck with the job search...we are out here thinking good thoughts for you. Courtney: I'm celebrating those 5 lbs with you..they are a BIG deal!! Pick up a 5 lb bag of potatoes..you will see how much you really lost! Tardy: You are a size 8...who cares if it's a ring size! lol!! Jenn: Girl, those pictures are great! You look small to me! I can't wait to have my stomach look like that!! Everyone have a good day. I must get busy at work. I'll check in this afternoon. Susie |
Good morning y'all!
First thing's first... :bravo: Courtney on the 5# loss! That is awesome! I am so happy for you that you finally broke your plateau! Angel about captured it with "WOW" for the 42# loss! Absolutely amazing! :cp: I can't wait to say I've lost 42#...I'll be 8# away from my goal at that time ;) Barb - I'm glad the job search is going well now... an interview and another to call back... That is great! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you :crossed: and send good thoughts your way :goodvibes :goodluck: Jilly - I totally agree with Angel. I think you should go for it! If you feel comfortable getting in front of the class, why shouldn't you be the one to get it for free? I say go for it! Be the first to volunteer... You love the class, won't you love it even more if it was free? ;) Angel - I love it! That is such a unique way to measure your success! I have 3 rings and when I started I could only wear two of them (snugly) and now they are all loose... I was playing around with them, and the smallest one fit on my middle finger and I was so excited I had to show my Tim, so I guess I'm strange too  Don't get the scale or you'll end like me...Getting on it every time you are in the bathroom! Hi, my name is Jenn and I'm a scale addict! :lol3: |
Susie - I think it is great that you could put the cookies away and not finish them even though 'you'd come so far'... That is a great accomplishment, and even if you did gain a little, you learned that you are really changing yourself and that means a lot!
BTW, Thank you soo much! I don't think anyone has ever said they wanted their stomach to look like mine! I think you just made my day! |
Jenn...
You are welcome! You can tell that you have worked hard and you are looking great! |
Hi, I'm new here could I join the race? I have been on South Beach Diet for 3.5 weeks. My first goal is 199 also. I started at 225 and am heading for 135 (or 145 if I get realistic)
|
I am a 33 (almost 34) yr. old mother of 4, 2 are step children. We have cutody of all of them. I am a Criminal Justice student. I have a very busy life. My heaviest weight was 296 lbs. I am now at 271 lbs, :) and I seem to have hit a plateau. My goal is to be down under 200 lbs. :crossed: I desperately want to be thin. I try to walk 3 times a week, I am going to join a Gym, I feel that if I am paying a membership fee, I will be much more likely to work out. I try to watch what I eat with the occasional slip up. Chocolate is my weakness. Actually, FOOD is my weakness!!
I am a very happily married woman, :cloud9: my husband adores me as I am and isn't alot of help in the encouragement department. He is also heavy, but I like him like that too. I am from Arkansas,, woooo pig sooooieee!! :dancer: |
Welcome Short_One and KKristin! Of course you are both welcome to join us... This is such a great forum that even though I hit 199 I'm sticking around to help encourage the others on their way to ONEderland! I look forward to reading about your successes! :D
|
Jenn thanks for sticking around
I did not realize that you had reached your 199. Good for you! Thank you for sticking around, you will be a role model and source of encouragement. I hope to be there with you in a couple of weeks, I do not lose weight fast, my body just loves it's fat and doesn't want to let it go :p Anyway good luck with your weight loss efforts. God Bless You
|
Don't Mention it :-)
I hope that I can be a role model! I would love to think that people could look to me for inspiration, especially considering some of y'all have lost more weight than I have already! Keep up the great work! :grouphug: :goodvibes
|
Hi Courtney!
First of all, Yay for you on that 5 pounds! Whoop-de-do! That is a huge relief to finally get off of a plateau. I loved your story about pulling your boyfriend off the computer and going for a walk- that's exactly the kind of thing that we all have to do- just get moving, even if it's only a little more than we did yesterday!
Thanks for asking about the job interview- actually it went really well! They said they'd call by the end of this week. It seems like it would be a good place to work, altho it is a bit of a drive. The weird part is that if they hire me, it is to replace their current bakery manager- which makes me feel a little odd. Who knows, they may decide to hold off. I look at it this way- every interview is practice for the one that will get me a job- right? Well, I'll let ya know if anything happens! Have a great day! |
Let's call today "Thin Thursday"---
Hi Everyone,
I've already went for a 2 mile walk this morning before work. I usually work out after work, but I have some friends who are moving and I told them I would be over after work to help them, so I wanted to get in some sort of a workout. I thought I would get plenty of "strength training", helping them with the boxes!, so I decided to get my cardio done this morning. I want to welcome ShortOne and KKristin. I'm pretty new myself, but I've found this to be a great source of encourgement. KKristen: I find that having a gym membership that I'm paying for helps to get me there everyday. I also have a workout partner there and that helps as well, plus you see the same people and they start looking for you. It helps to see that Jenn has already made it to ONEderland...thanks for sticking around for the rest of us and guiding us on this journery. Barb: I hope the job thing happens for you soon. I'll pray that the best job for you comes along soon! Praytherosary: I'm a slow loser also, so I know how you feel about your body loving the weight...mine is fond of mine also!--but I'm boss of myself, and I say it's going! Well, I'm at work, so I must get at it, I'll check in later. Have a ONEderful day! :D |
hi everyone

Hello Girls
Say a little prayer my hubby and I are weighing in tomorrow morning. I hope it'a a good one. We've done pretty good all week so I hope if we don't show a loss, we don't show a gain either. How often do you ladies weigh in? We try once a week, I somtimes go nuts and do it every day. undefined
IF IT IS TO BE THEN IT IS UP TO ME!!!undefined |
Hello Hello!!
Hi Girls!!
How was everyone's day? I hope great. Mine was really good. My mood has really been up lately, which is really nice for a change. Not that I'm always crabby, though my drivers might say otherwise, it's just that so much has gone on in the last couple months and it's all finally calming down and getting back to normal, or at least more normal then if has been. I'm not sure I actually remember what "normal" really is like, I'm so used to chaos!! :dizzy: Things are going really well diet-wise. I think between the positive results of my weigh-in the other day and all the great support I've gotten here from all you guys, it has given me the motivation and incentive to really stick to my diet. Granted it's only been a couple days, but some of the greatest accomplishments all started with the first couple days, right? So I guess I'm just feeling kinda proud of myself. Don't worry, I'll get over it soon. :^: Barb, I bet you did great at your interview. You always have such a positive, upbeat attitude. But yes you're right, if you don't, you can think of it as good practice until the right job comes along. Looking for a job and all the processes that go with it is always kinda scary. I'll keep ya in my thoughts. :goodvibes Praytherosary, I'll definitely keep ya in my prayers. I know how tough weigh-in days can be. I wanted to thank you all for your kind words and congrats you all sent me. It meant a lot to me, and it was great knowing you all really understood what a cool thing it was for me. I'm really happy I found this board. Anyway, I hope you all have a terrific Friday...woohoo the weekend is just around the corner!! Take care and we'll talk to ya soon!! |
Hi Short One
Hey there!!
Welcome!! I just joined here last weekend, and all the girls have already made me feel right at home. They're the greatest. You'll love it here. It's an amazing support group!! I'm doing South Beach also. I started March 15th. How are you liking is so far. I think there are a lot of different diets out there that all have their good points. It just depends on which one works best for the individual. This one is working out great for me. I hope you're finding the same. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and let ya know I was a So. Beacher, too. Have a good night and hope ya have a great day tomorrow!! :twirly: |
Newbie!!
 Hi everyone! I'm new to this thing and thought this would be a great motivator for me!! I have been reading a lot of stories and you guys are all so inspiring!! :cp: But I am having a really hard time getting started on the road to getting healthy... :( I somtimes get really depressed and it all just seems overwhelming!! I have over 100 pounds to lose and that number just seems too impossible!! :yikes: I am a total fast food adict and can't seem to rid myself of this AWFUL habit! Has anyone else suffered from this problem?? If so, how did you overcome it? I eat it 3-4 times a week!! :sumo: Does anyone have any ideas or advice on how to get started and motivated to begin a weight loss/exercise program? I'd really appreciate any help you guys could give me! I'm struggling here!!! Thanks!!!
|
Good News!
Thank you everyone for your prayers and support. Know that you are cared about and prayed for daily! This morning my husband and I weighed in. He loss 2.25 pounds and I loss 1.75 pounds. We are very happy about that after having such a hard time. I am going to be late for work! Anyway just thank you and will be in touch tonight. Have A Blessed Day.
|
First off, I must say how cute Jilly's new 'baby' is!!! Jake is quite the adorable furbaby! ;) Make sure to take a peek y'all!
Courtney, I'm glad that things are getting back to at least a semi-normal state... Though I still don't know who gets to decide what is normal...Maybe chaos is just the norm   Welcome Harlowgirl! I have just a bit of advice for you... Break your weightloss down into smaller goals and DON'T think about the total you want to lose, because that can be overwhelming to anyone...Instead, make 10# lower than your current weight your goal for now, and once you reach it do something nice for yourself that is not food-related... Then repeat the process, in 10# intervals....It is much easier to manage that way! I am almost done with my 3rd 10#!! As far as fast food goes, the convenience makes it very attractive, but you have to think about what you are putting into your body... I still go to fast food places whenever my Tim wants to, the only difference is I get things I know won't kill my calories for the day... At BK, I love their Chicken Caesar with no croutons or dressing even and that is only 190 calories, so there are good options at fast food stores... And the only real way to get started is to decide that this is it and you are going to do something for yourself and start out with some light exercise a few times a week and slowly increase it.... :goodluck: finding something that is right for you! Just remember that we are all here for you! |
Hello Hello all!
Congrats to you and hubby on the weight loss! Always a good thing to hear :) As far as having over 100#'s to lose...I feel you...when I started I needed to lose 175#'s to reach my goal weight! OMG! Ugh, as of the last weigh in I have 131 more #'s to lose :( But I do like Jenn said. I picked a goal easier to obtain...250 #'s is my second goal. Once I get there I'll pick the next one. Much easier to focus on than the "big overwhelming picture". Once I get there, I'm setting 220 as my next because that will mean I lost 100 #'s. The thought of losing 100#'s just thrills me!!!! I said to my doctor how overwhelming the thought of having a whole person to lose was and he said..."Just keep working towards it Angel...where are you going anyway?" I don't know why, but it suddenly snapped for me that I have no one to blame but myself (and my thyroid). Keep your chin up and look at each day and each few pounds...and know that we all feel the same way...I've found that 10 lbs looks as overwhelming to the person who needs to lose it as the 100 does to me :) Welcome welcome and I hope you'll find the motivation you need to carry you thru this journey. I know it has really helped me a bunch in the short time I've been here :) Good day to you all, until we chat again :) |
Hi Everyone!
Good afternoon everyone!
I weighed in last night and I stayed the same. I was happy about that because I deserved a gain. I had quite a few cookies at the beginning of last week, but I realized what I was doing and stopped and then worked very hard to try to stay the same. You know it's much more fun to work to lose a pound than try to work at getting something you gained back off. From now on, I'll keep that in mind when I think "I deserve to eat this"...well, I "deserve to reach the goals I'm setting for myself to"..and that's more important to me than food! I want to welcome Harlowgirl. I think you got great advice on how to get started. Keep coming here and we will all support each other on this trip to ONEderland. Congrats to PraytheRosary on the weight loss...it's motivating isn't it?! For those of you that I didn't mention specifically, I just want you to know that your post inspire me and I hope to do the same to you all! I've got to get back to work. C-ya later! Susie |
Yes congratulations are definitely in order for Praytherosary and her DH... great job to both of you! :bravo:
Susie, you deserve to be healthy for yourself too! It's great that You can take the approach of "Nothing tastes as good as being healthy will feel"... Keep being positive!!! |
Thanks everyone for the encouragement and congratulations you are all such a blessing to me! Weekends tend to be tricky for us, but hopefully we will be ok. It's Father's Day and I know we will be going eat out, I think we'll be ok as long as it is not buffet. Hopefully I can talk our son into a resturant where we can order from a menu and take some home for left overs, any way have a Blessed Weekend and thanks for being there.
|
Hi Everyone,
Just checking in. Looks like everyone is off doing something fun! I'm looking forward to having a "down" day myself. I worked half-a-day yesterday and then went to a wedding. I did have some wedding cake, yummy! It's funny, but when you don't eat things like that, that it really tastes good when you do. I think when I used to just sit and stuff myself with desserts and things, I didn't really appreciate how good they do taste, I was just eating, now I enjoy it. Anyone else feel the same way? Have a wonderful day everyone. I'm planning on going for a walk this evening. Susie |
Hey I'm new here. I'm Lauren. I'm currently weighing in at 196 lbs but would love to get to my goal weight of 168lbs. I'm going off to London on a budget hostel hol. Any ideas how I can get by without pigging out on cheap chocolate and rubbish?
Lauren x |
Susie - I just wanted to let you know that it is not just you... I read about how they performed this scientic study of how foods tastes and what heightens our sense of taste to certain things...They discovered that when you aren't exposed to sweet or salty foods for a while that when you do have them, the salty one are saltier and the sweet ones sweeter ;) So I guess by not eating junk very often, we allow ourselves to enjoy them that much more when we have the occassional "not-so-good-for-us" snack :smug:
|
Good Morning everyone. We went eat out last night instead of today for Father's Day and we did have buffet, weighed myself this morning and not as bad as I thought. If we go to the movies today water and butter free popcorn. Have a blessed day. My goal for this week in addition to weighing in with a loss is to weigh myself just ONCE and not everyday.

Good Morning Ladies!
Hubby going off on his trip for work today, so we had his Fathers' Day dinner yesterday- Shepard's Pie and Apple Cobbler (his fav!). I did not have- way too many calories in too little food! Had a WW frozen dinner, salad and lo-fat ice cream- yummy (really!)
Went for three mile walk yesterday- will do again today. Gorgeous weather right now. Praytherosary-I have a hard time staying off the scale too! May follow someone's lead from boards and have hubby hide scale! I know, I'll have him bury it in NJ when he goes! Seriously, it is not good for the soul to be tied to it everyday. Job search continues- have not heard anything as of yet from folks I spoke to last week. Kids are out of school now- so between them and working on diet and exercise- keeping pretty busy. Do miss work, tho! :) I have to agree with the statements about when you are not eating junk food in a free-for-all way, it really does taste better when you have some thing you normally don't. That Forbidden Fruit thing, I guess! A couple of thoughts I would also add are that food in general seems to taste better to me. Since more thought and care is going into what you have, also that you are consuming less- what you eat is more important to you. It's definitely a quality vs. quantity issue. My eyes can fill with tears over the wonderful taste of a piece of fresh grilled salmon. I guess I had a love affair with food before- now it is a lasting, mature relationship! New kitten (Peek-a-Boo) still leaping and hopping all over us at night. I will post pics of him- and other furbabies- when I figure out how! I wish you could hear this adorable little sound he makes when he plays. It's sort of a tiny meow, a purr and a grunt rolled into one! Well, that's about it for now, girls- have a wonderful day! |
Hey Barb! Nice to hear from you. Glad you are walking. Here when we get our lazy butts out of bed to go walking we are up at 4:30 am and usually out the door by 4:45 am and it's already 80 degrees! You are soaking wet before you even get the dog's leash on. Anyway I love cats too! And I WILL NOT weigh in until Friday or Saturday morning! Our scale is a doctor's scale so if you move it it goes out of wack and it's kind of hard to hide, but I feel that if I don't stop this I will become too obsessed. Anyway will go to the movies this afternoon and NOT overeat. If we go eat out afterwards will take the meal and first thing cut it in half. Have a blesse day.

Thanks so much everyone for your warm welcome and great advice...it does seem a bit easier to focus on a little number than a huge overwhelming number like 100!! You guys really make me want to stick to it and become the best person I could be! I'm planning on going shopping today and getting some healthy food/snacks and getting a food/exercise journal, do think a journal like that would help?? Anyhoo, thanks again for beign so nice!!! Hope everyon has a great day and talk to you soon!! Thanks again!!!
