Grassie--how ironic! I work in a lingerie dept. and we don't fit people unless we're specifically asked to, and that's not often. She's right though--proper fit does make a big difference, but it doesn't need to be done more than every few years or if you dramatically change your body.
Let's see, where am I? I dropped the 2 pounds I had gained back before Easter plus another one, though it's 'unofficial' until Friday's 'official' weigh-in, but maybe I'll drop even more before then. I'm doing well on exercising, and not terribly bad on eating, either. Still arguing with my family about the definition of "healthy," but I expect that to continue until I move out and start feeding myself exclusively.
Which, by the way, may be sooner rather than later. I got an email today from the HR chief at the company offering the job I REALLY REALLY REALLY want... he said the VP is on vacation until 4/23, but when he gets back my resume will be the first thing he sees. I'm so excited. The next 9 days is going to be sooooo long. I know, I know, hope for the best but expect the worst, as my father says. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Tomorrow's my dad's birthday, I don't think we're having cake or anything (we've still got leftover cake from Easter!), but we'll probably go out to dinner with my grandparents. We were going to throw him a big party, since he's the big 5-0 this year, but he adamantly refused. Oh well, I don't need to plan hors' doeuvres for a big party anyway, since I'd end up eating them.
Ah... it feels so good to be back on the wagon! I was afraid I'd lost sight of it for a while there. I think this has been the longest I have ever been off track (at a little over a week) and been able to pick it up again. I'm so proud of myself. Climb on up, chickies, the view is fine!
I hope you're all having a wonderful day, and feeling as good and as motivated as I am right now. I think I've got enough enthusiasm right now to go around!

Off to do yoga! Hooray for stretching!
