Well I sure do hope they get a concellation between now and June. You have a busy MD or hospital! ALso it isn't easy whaen you are in pain! I think it is great that you take your children with you to the gym. You are really teaching them the importance of healthy habits. I am procrastianting about the exercise. We have an annual "community cup" that our agency participates in. By doing that we get 6 weeks frree access at the Y. That is my target date. I have this bone spur thing that is aggravated by walking. I signed up for the walk. My only other solution to the spur is surgery. Kinda a damned if I do damned if I don't thing.

Im sorry about the bone spur that sounds painful! I hope that you can work around it soon! The kids REALLY love the gym, they get to go to the daycare and play with other kids and then we usually swim for about an hour after Mom and Dad work out. The 4 year old could not swim when we started in february and now he is jumping in the deep end and swimming to the side all by himself! I am so proud of them sometimes i could cry. We are having a nice day here weatherwise and I am going to open the windows and let some air in! I hope you had a great day!

I didn't realize that your husband worked out with you! What a great support. I don't have any children. And I know I have seen moms post their struggles with eating and working out when the others in the family weren't on teh same plan. I think that your success speaks to teh importance of having the family support you in addition to your commitment and work!

My gosh where the heck is everyone?

I am doing so so . Did some yard work yesterday. The sun was out but the temperatures are still pretty cold!

Hi Pat. It is so good to see that you are still here. I haven't been here in almost a year. Things have been so crazy.

My baby is now 4-1/2 months old. I am weighing in at 199 pounds...UGh! i can't belive I let this happen again!

YThe weather is uppose to warm up here so I am planning on starting slow. Walking only for a week or two and then pick up some other workouts. Ther is a boot camp workout in Shape mag that Iam dieing to try. Got to loosen up these joints first.

I have (finally!) been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia. Both can be disabling diseases. That is why I have got to get back active. If I don't I will be crippled...there is no question in that.

I moved into a new house a few months ago. It is beautiful. The kids love it. All is well right now. Josh seems to have really grown up some this past year. He still gets on my nerves though...after all he is a man!

Well I wanted to stop in and say hi! I will be back very soon.

Julie, size 12's...Oh I can't wait! You are an inspiration! It's nice to "meet" you.

Where's Sue??? I miss her!

love to all,
Melody
