Your trip sounded really nice Kayecee, until your little one threw up.I hope she starts to feel better, no fun seeing an sick. I must say that I was my highest at 250 back in , hmmmm, 98. I had been that weight since 93 when Rebecca was born, totally miserable.

You shouldn't be eating less sweety!!! Remember you need to eat to lose, if your body things your not getting enough it holds on tight to what it can.....blah,blah. Sure you know all this..............just think it is more in the water & exercise.

Just checking in again! Vallory doesn't have to be at Angel's until 1:15, so I am procrastinating the housework! *sigh* I logged onto Fitday and I have had 402 calories and 4 cups of water so far. How many cups of water are you supposed to drink in a day? Is it 8? It's funny- I actually like to drink ice water- UNTIL I set a goal and decide that I am going to make a point of drinking it.

Marti- Glad the Slasher skipped y'all. With the beachballs, it sounds like a bunch of kids. Is Chewy feeling better? Hope you see a lot of sun today.

Shanna- Hope *breathe* your *breathe* headache *breathe* has *breathe* gone *breathe* away. LOL Blaming your sickness on me! I'm offended! (or is that "offensive?") LOL Tim thinks that Herman will live as long as none of your lights come on. No air-conditioning?!? Lord you couldn't live in Arkansas! We get a muggy heat here and your butt crack sweats just going to the car in the morning!

Marti, in BFL when someone hits a plateau (sound that out...lol) best thing to do is drink more water and have one more serving of protein. Just to kick it up a notch so to speak.

Last week I went and saw Dr. Watson,,,my gyno. Told her how happy I am about not having a period for weeks at one time. She was happy and off I went. Well I should of had my period a couple of days ago,,I know I have a cyst on my left ovary, and its been causing some discomfort. I wonder if Im going to do a flip and not have any periods again . After I had Brandon I would have maybe one period every 6-8 months...this went on for 4 years. It was nice but..the pain I had all the time wasn't worth it.

After Sat night at karioke I just can't sing Someone to Watch over me. One of my friends sang it and just nailed it . But then agian shes been practising it for a caberat. We are going to it,,,and my voice coach and his wife are both singing in it too...how can I butcher it after he beautiful rendition? So I have been practising this other song...There is Love,,,,its a wedding song.

Monte and I toured the lottery houses this weekend...as a fund raiser for the hospitals we have this huge million dollar house lottery. We went and checked it out, I don't like mass crowds and didn't enjoy it all that much. Plus two bars? The designer should of finished the 12 step program before starting the house. There was a wine room,,,200-300 bottles can be stored at proper temps.

Kaycee we must be on at the same time. My new play is Odd Couple women version. I read part of script last night and its funny.
Somewhere I read that the amount of water you should be drinking is half your weight...so if you are 200 lbs you need 100 oz of water.

I read on a water site (( yes, there is such a thing -lol-)) 8 - 8oz's PLUS 8oz's per every 25 pounds overweight.

I have this 50oz bottle in front of me that is half gone. I also read that you shouldn't drink it all at once, which I tend to do. Just want to get it over with.........anyway, to spread it out throughout the day.

Glad you would have my back!! So sweet. Just odd how he won't come here. That is why I even offered to pay for myself to go there. When he offered Gab's airfare, I thought "how sweet" Until I wondered "will......if he can pay for that why can't he come here??" Just ready to move on, tons to do and don't have patience for a long term thing.

Also, I did the Slimfast too!! Wish you the best on that. I kind of like this Atkins though, lower in surgar and 20oz of protein!! Am I starting to sound like a commercial?? lol It is $1.75 a can, I think 4 cans for $6.99. I have that in the morning, kind of makes me not to mess up later in the day........because a 1.75 seems like a lot of money to me.

Jana~I am going to start the FT on Monday. I haven't been to the grocery store in two weeks and will get the stuff I need Wednesday. Should be organized enough by Monday.

Susan~Something sounds odd in John-sville! I definitely would make him come to you first. Also, if you are having this many doubts then it probably shouldn't happen. You know in your heart whether it feels right or not.

Marti~sorry to hear about your puppy-dog. Hope he gets to feeling better. Hey, I too was married on a Wednesday. I found this thing from a (wedding) magazine that said "Although most modern marriages take place on Saturday, in English folk rhymes Wednesday is the best day for tying the knot." Didn't say why. I just found a bunch of stuff in a wedding book, Facts & figures about wedding celebrations, past and present from around the world. It had a lot of neat stuff. Now that is not why we married on a Wednesday. I found that stuff after the fact. We just chose the date and didn't look to see what day it was on till later. Hope you enjoy spring break with Jhanai.

Shanna~keeping my fingers crossed that there it is nothing serious with you bug. This guy DH works with has a Ford Taurus that he bought brand new two years ago and he said his check engine light has been on since he took the car home. They have found nothing wrong with the car.

Well ladies, I need to be going, not like I have anything to do. I am taking a very long break because I am just tired. I honestly didn't think I was going to make it through the weekend. Let me tell ya I am hurting in places I never thought were possible! Just have a few little things to get over at the other house and then do some cleaning on it. Of course this place won't be organized for a while whihc is no big deal, right now anyway. I haven't been on the computer in so long I was missing it, and you all. I am just finishing up my 50 oz bottle, total pain but it is worth slimmer hips.......and all around slimmer me...lol

I walked 2.7 miles! Feel good about that, though I am sore in my hips.

Actually, I think chili & 5 crackers is ok.Probably homemade chili would be better though??

It is nice to hear from you Cristi!!!! Moving is a chore,at least it is almost done with.You will have a beautiful house to enjoy this summer. Are you ging to put in a garden?? That would be great.

Hey girls! Just checking in. Vallory does have sinus problems so Angel gave her new meds and I have to take her back in 10 days. She acts like she feels just fine now (except for the occasional vomiting )

Well, the verdict is in- I weight 250! Waaaaaaaaa! Somebody wave a wand and make me 125 before morning! Oh well. I've planned out the evening's meal and all told today, I will be under 1400 calories. So I have just enough room left for a very small piece of my dad's birthday cake. (He's 74 today!) I am gonna try to keep it under 1800 calories starting out. (Wouldn't wanna starve myself or anything! ) And I'm stuck at 4 cups of water. But I reread Marti's thread about Water and Other Tips so I can count the milk I had earlier, which makes it 5.

Cristi- Glad to see you. Uh.... I hate to burst your bubble but I moved in a year and a half ago.... this place ain't organized yet! Don't worry..... you'll get it like you want it...... eventually.

Susan- Homemade chili is definitely better, but I'm lazy today. (Plus the calories are all printed on the side of the cans so I don't have any adding to do. Tough to do mathematical calculations when you have as many brain farts as I do. )

Supper is almost done so I guess I need to get moving. We're having lemon-pepper fish, asparagus, cornbread stuffing, and dad's birthday cake for later. See y'all!

I had to take my car in after school to get the oil changed. It seemed like it took forever!! But it didn't and now I am home!

Susan--I wasn't NOT eating intentionally....everytime TOM appears,,,my appetite disappears...and I struggle to eat...I feel queasy sometimes when I do...but it's over now and my appetite is back (unfortunately)I've been wanting boiled eggs. Won't my neighbors love me after that??? Maybe that's why they didn't get my tires......

Kayecee--Sorry to hear about poor Vallory. She just didn't get much better after the strep? Poor thing. As for the water. Make it interesting if you have to! Add lemon or lime slices...drink tea (very watered down for me since I don't like much tea) crystal light.....as long as you get it in. Just don't go for soda's and real sugary juices.

Cristi--I have to say...I moved here in August and I still have boxes!! I even have a whole little shop room that we are currently using as storage. And I am taking my sweet little time to go through it all. My first thing this Spring is to go through the storage with all of James' mom's stuff. I told him that it's been over a year and no one is using any of it...time to get rid of it. Some may even be worth something...who knows?

Angie--If I ever went to Karaoke (sp?)I would have to have so much to drink first so I wouldn't remember anything!! I'm terrible. I remember when my daughter was 2 and she was having the hardest time going down for a nap...and I tried everything! I read to her, I rocked her, I even took her for a little walk around the house. Finally, I sang to her....she sat there for a minute or two and then fell asleep. I think she wanted to be put out of her misery!!

Jana--A casserole sounds good for dinner. I believe we are having Chilli. James bought most of the stuff for it last night. We were going to have it last night but he changed our dinner plans while shopping and bought Lobster! That was nice!!

Shanna & Katie--Hope all is well with you two....Shanna...was Wednesday good for you to come over??? I never did see if you said it was. I will have to call ya! Katie...come back soon and tell us all about your vacation!!
