I only had a million posts to wade through since I posted yesterday!

Y'all act like y'all ain't got nothing better to do than sit here typing awa..... wait a minute.... guess that's what I'm doing.
Shanna- O.k. girlie! Ya gotta get a game plan going! Let's see... car... do you know any guys from school that can take a look at it for you? I know I got a couple of flat tires fixed and one free engine fix in college by standing really pitiful looking with a tire iron and a glazed look in my eyes beside my car. (Ya gotta have the glazed look though or it won't work- guys either think they can really impress you and get a quick lay by fixing something you're too dumb to do OR they think you're half drunk and they may get a quick lay if they hurry up and fix your car.

) *teasing* Seriously, what kind of problems is it having? I can ask DH what he thinks. (This comes from a woman who hears an engine noise and cranks up the radio. Hey if it's still moving, it's fine- that's my motto.

LOL ) If it's something that absolutely has to be fixed, do you have a vo-tech nearby that teaches auto mechanics? They usually do it cheaper and the instructor supervises the process.
Can you get an extension on unemployment?

I think we're just gonna have to add the job and migranes to the prayer list. Sorry about the jeans. I know we had a hoot out of "the split", but it's tough to go up a size. If it helps any, the only jeans I wear.... well, I'm at the end of the road. If I go up another size.... well... there's not another size.

Great! Now I'm depressed! WAAAAAAAAA!!! *teasing* And don't you DARE drink!

When someone's upset, they tend to drink more. And believe me, you don't need a hangover on top of those migranes!

Besides, I just know that you'll get called in for a job interview in the next few days. Staggering walks and bloodshot eyes aren't exactly known for impressing possible employers.

I'm sending some good vibes and prayers your way.
Marti- We had a house fire 2 years ago. We lost almost everything. But we built this beautiful house and I am grateful that my family was safe and sound.
Cristi- Taping everything off is the biggest time consumer in painting. I hated that with a passion but it HAS to be done. *sigh* Well, if we're all gonna tell our songs, I might as well tell y'all mine. Tim was 18 and had just quit school. I was 24. We dated less than a month then tied the knot over Thanksgiving break without really telling any friends- just a small church ceremony for my parents and his brother's family. EVERYONE in the community watched me for months swearing up and down that I MUST be preggers. Everytime we turned on the radio, that country song "Let's Give Them Something To Talk About" was playing soooo.... Yep! That's our song!
Susan-
Happy Birthday to Gaby!
Vallory likes Clifford too. (Better than the Teletubbies

)
Angie- I would definitely make sure the kid knew that I had been talking to the cops. I think that helped Landon when he got sucker-punched because I told everyone within 25 miles that the principal barely calmed me down enough to talk me out of filing assault charges.

(Not quite true, but hey, I figured it would make him think before doing it again.)

I do think that he will eventually get into something he didn't bargain for. Just be glad that your son doesn't hang with him. I hope your soap turns out well. The sites I checked said to let it dry about a week before using it, but I think I'm gonna sneak some in the bath tomorrow morning. The next time, I am gonna try blue cornmeal- I bet that would be pretty. I am also going to try a batch, and instead of goat's milk, I'm going to try leftover coffee!

Seriously!
Jana- Keep talking about butter and I'm gonna have to go and get me some crablegs for dinner tomorrow night.

LOL Salads were the reason I couldn't stick to low carb!
Hey to everyon else! (Nah, Nah, Nah, Nah, Nah

My post was longer than yours Shanna!
