2 eggs, scrambled w/2tbsp cottage cheese
2 C coffee w/ 6% cream
1 small apple
1 1/2 C black bean soup
2 rye sourdough biscuits
1/2 c grapes
small apple both going to work for mid afternoon crash
Am working on 2 c hot water at present.
will add dinner later.
Dinner....
2 fish filets breaded unfortunately
3/4 C mashed potatoes w/ grated carrots
3/4 c boiled turnip
And......more water!!!!!!
