Yay, we have Anagramatic in the kitchen!!! Huzzah!!!! It's great to have another menu poster and I have a question for everyone who's posting here and on the exercise thread ... since there aren't a lot of us, would it be a good idea to revisit this idea and post a combination food/exercise journal. We're almost to the vernal equinox, which was the impetus for the exercise thread and both threads are getting long. I really like posting the menus/exercise we do (I do know that 3FC has a journal section but I don't really want to do that ... I just like us all posting our menus together so we can keep in touch with our goals as a group ... and it's fun seeing what we are all eating and doing for exercise). Anyway, please advise. I'm going to post this question on the main thread as well.
And here be my menu: EAS CC van shake 100 1/2 whole wheat pita 80 EAS CC van shake 100 Two 2.5 oz maple iced cake donuts 650 EAS CC van shake/EAS CC RDC shake 200 Salmon w/dill 120 Corn 70 Broc. w/lf cheese sauce 50 EAS CC van shake 100 Berry Cheesecake Smoothie made with cottage cheese, mixed berries and Splenda 130 Total Daily Calories 1600 |

ww bagel w/ 2 tbsp. lite cream cheese 1 c. orange juice veg. corn dog w/ mustard 4 low-fat cookies 5 stuffed grape leaves w/ 1 tbsp. tahini dressing lo-fat corn muffin w/ 1 tsp. lite butter pita pizza [ww pita, sauce, veg. pepperoni, spinach, onion, lite mozzarella] 1 handful chocolate chips :o Calories: 1850 |
Yo!!! The Palace Guard saith we needed to shut this down and post a combined exercise/food thread so wouldst the queens be so kind as to post their Friday and later stuff there!!!! Be there or be ... :wave:
