I'm not sure I understand the digits here. I try to walk (in some form) every day. I use a pedometer to count steps, calories, distance and time. And I dearly love the Floozies, but if I've got over one hundred pounds to lose, should I be at the 100+ thread? I'd hate to think about leaving the Floozies, but you all are so far ahead of me. Mary
Mary, feel free to keep posting here. It doesn't matter how much you need to lose, we are here to support each other. We would love to have you keep posting with us so we get to know you better. You can also post on the 100 thread too. Don't leave us though.
Mary-Don't you dare leave us!! The numbers on this thread mean the amount of miles you have gone for the day/total for the month so far/goal for the month. Sometimes we just put the amount for the day/amount so far for the month (like Dee's last post has.) Please join in and post whatever kind of exercise you are doing and have done!!

Please don't leave!! I'm not doing so well on my walking. I usually post that my goal is 40 miles and I don't always get it! I have been SO BAD the last couple of months! I need to get out there and walk!!! The winter is so hard so me.
Hang in there and let's try to motivate one another! I may try to start getting to work earlier and walk the halls at school. Never too late to start huh?
