  • Let me know what your girls think of the flex points. I am doing it too. I am only allowed 20 points a day besides the flex points. I certainly need my exercise points or I would starve.

    You girls need to get out there and do it. Do you love me? Give me a mile in the next two days.
  • Dee....So far I really like doing the FLEXPOINTS. I'm allowed 22 per day regular points so it's nice knowing I have 35 to "play with" through the week. Can you post your daily menus so I can get ideas of what you eat?
