Michelle - good job getting back on track today, just get through one day of it and I am sure it will get easier, it has for me...I will try that new soup at hand, I did try the potatoe one but I didnt like it as much as some of the others, I am a picky eater as my mom will tell you, I drove her nuts ( and probably still do ! )
I have worked retail before and you have to cover all store hours and they always give you different shifts, and yes it is annoying, I used to work one day 9-5 then 2-8 the next day and back and forth, back and forth...I am thankful for the day job that I have...

Okay so I have done well today, I should have had maybe less points at lunch but I am still on track - problem is that I had full on fat chips instead of low fat...so anyway here goes...
