Spaghetti if you are careful you will be alright use alot of veggies in it and you have 16 points left for the day so you should be alright

1/2 cup milk 1.5 points
2 slices rc bread 1 point
Lunch
Burger King cheeseburger 8 points
small fries 5 points
(DH took me out for lunch)
Dinner
Creamed Turkey over savory cornbread 5 points
It put me .5 points over but I had earned 3 activity points so I am okay yet.
Well gotta run to watch a movie with the family......talk to you tomorrow!!!
