Good Afternoon! The sun has been out and it was a beautiful 65 degrees this afternoon, but the sun is now hiding. There is no wind which makes it even better. The sliding doors have been open all afternoon and the fuzz balls have taken turns visiting with Ernie. One little guy sits right next to the screen and looks up at him like, “gee, he’s awfully big!” I’ve done some laundry and baked a cake. I found a Duncan Hines cake, at WM, called Perfect Size, a 6” pan and frosting are included. I made the yellow cake with chocolate frosting today. I could eat the warm cake and forget the frosting! I tried the chocolate cake last week and it was good too. If you would look for it, I found it on a separate display of holiday baking items and cookie mixes in an aisle. Bob left in the dark this morning and will most likely come home after dark again tonight. I will be so glad when they are done with harvest!

Not much newsy from here but thought I would check in and say hello. Enjoy a nice evening!

I've had the window's open today also. It was in the lower 70's. Nephew stopped by on his way home and said there is a car show down the road do you want to go. I went and had a nice time. I love the old antique cars and trucks. Brought back some memories when I saw some of the ones from the late 50 and 60's. Oh my does that mean I'm an antique also!!!!! There was one that dated back to 1929. Think my favorite car was the 1930's era. We were about to leave and I offered to buy nephew lunch and one of the volunteers said go inside and eat free. We did. It was a fun day.

I have a load of laundry that should be ready for the dryer so need to go check. Hope you have a sunny Tuesday!

Hopefully I can get out tomorrow and get my nails done and get Halloween cards for the boys. Oh and pick up cash for their cards. I will probably continue doing this for Thomas until he gets married and has his own family. Jackson has a ways to go.
