11 flights of stairs 30 minute walk Pushups/sit-ups/toe touches/resistance weights (4pack) 1 hour walk Meals Slimfast Breaded mushrooms, scalloped potatoes Tomato and cheese on pumpernickel bread I took an Estate Planning Seminar last night. Found out that I need more than just a will in place. Need to have power of attorney and other notarized State forms, etc. So I am glad I took it. Learned a lot. Well my husband did go for a short walk with me the other night. However, last night I couldn't get him to budge. Tonight I got him to do the 4 exercises above with me. Little by little, I will keep trying. I have been sticking to my goals. Tonight I thought about having a second sandwich, since I enjoyed it so much. However, after thinking about it for a minute, I decided I wasn't going to be eating it because I was hungry. I only wanted to eat it because I liked the taste/textures. So I changed my mind and didn't eat it. Which horse are you training to drive? Hope you have a splendid Thursday. |

Waiting for the results of blood tests. I hope they find something, if not, I guess it's just old age creeping up on me. The horse I'm helping to train belongs to a friend. Lots of fun! 11 flights of stairs 30 minute walk Meals Slimfast Tortellini with spinach Veggie Pizza I hope the Doctor can find out what the cause is for you bones aching, so you can get it treated and feel good once again. I will keep you in my prayers. I hope you feel better soon. Today was a busy long day for me. I didn't get to go outside really other than the drive to work and home again. I hear the next few days are suppose to be nice, so I will have to make sure I get a bit more fresh air. Plus it wasn't a good day for me exercising. Too many hours at work. I will have to really make sure I do them tomorrow. Hope you have a good Friday! |

I'll freeze them tomorrow. Sam mowed a field of hay, which hopefully we'll bale on Monday. He starts an 11 day vacation on Sunday. We have a couple of day trips planned, but really can't go far with his mother needing us. Have a great weekend! |

1 hour jog/walk Meals Scrambled eggs Slim Fast Pasta salad Spent most of the day at the doctor's office today for an appointment. I think they overbooked everyone. Good thing I brought a book to read. Was able to catch up on some sleep too. :) Hadn't planned on that though. I hope you enjoy your time with Sam and find some fun things to do together. 2 hour walk 1 hour walk Meals Scrambled eggs with greens, tomatoes Veggie sandwich with salad Veggie Pizza My weigh-in for today shows.... :goodscale .........down 2.5 lbs from last Sunday. Yeah!:carrot:Of course eating the ice cream last weekend increased my weight for the weekend too. Anyway, I am heading downward and onward. I hope you had some success too. :cb: Today my dog and I attended an animal shelter fund raiser event. I had some quick photo booth pictures made of us. They turned out okay. Then had some more pictures made by a professional photographer. I hope those turn out better. We walked around town some and it was a lovely day. Tomorrow I go to pick up my computer from Staples. So I will have to learn all about the new system. I get free tech support by phone for 60 days, so I imagine I will be using it quite a bit. Hope you have a lovely Sunday! |

30 minute walk 30 minute walk Meals Scrambled eggs Spinach lasagna Bean and cheese burrito, guacamole and tomatoes Popcorn Spent the morning at church today, and went shopping for groceries and supplies afterwards. Got my new computer this afternoon, and spent the rest of the day setting it up and figuring out how to use this version of Microsoft. I think I got it set up now. I bet next week you will show some progress. Hope you chose wisely at the luncheon today. I think most of my weight loss displayed yesterday was from water loss. I stepped on the scale again today and it didn't show as as much as on Saturday. Anyway, I know we can do this if we stick to this and keep focused. Let's do this Renee! |

My cupboards were bare, so I only restocked with good choices. Now just need to make sure we don't overeat on the good choices. :) I thought we would get a lot of rain here today, but we didn't. Perhaps tomorrow. I just hope it is nice this weekend so I can enjoy it. Picked up my picture yesterday that was developed of my dog and I. It is okay. I am not the photogenic type anyway, so I don't expect much, but I put it on my mirror for now anyway. I was told if they find any more of me they will send them to me in e-mail.
