'Waving hello'.
I don't know how well I'll do@ keeping up. In the past I wasn't very good, I'll try though! I eat protein products and produce. hope it's not offensive to anyone. Breakfast: Quest P.Powder with half a bg frozen black berries. (My routine breakfast) Sun & Wednesday I lifted iron (after a long hiatus) and have bad DOMS. I'm not active too ATM but plan a kettle bell session later today. ~I'll edit more in~ 🌼 Have a wonderful day! 🌼 |

Glad to see you here and hope you feel free to share. Renee-you didn't eat very much today. I bet you were hungry after 30 minutes of unloading the bagged shavings. I would have been. Looking forward to the weekend and just relaxing with my dog. Don't know yet what I will do, but I will think of something. There has to be some event going on around town or nearby. If not, then perhaps I will take a walk around town. I don't know why, but my stomach is sure bloated out today. I look like I am pregnant. A few flights of stairs.
No ritual fitness yet. Planning to ride stationary bike this afternoon, energy, vitality feels slow today though. I'm going to try. Foods- blck coffee 1c Dandelion tea 1/2 c Pumpkin puree dash of cinnamon 1 svg Quest salted Caramel protein powder. water Planning to eat lite so my cal expenditure will fit my 1 meal of the wk that's not home conscience. Low mein and egg roll from Chinese restaurant. Nice to meet you, ladies! Renee: Hello . You sound very active. Your sandwich also sound delish. :) Thanks Corinna T! Could it be water? I feel the same way with my tummy. I'm heavier than you but it seems most my excess likes my mid section most. I hope you both have a lovely weekend. |

1 1/2 hrs. morning barn chores 1/2 hr. evening barn chores 1/2 hr. digging carrots Meals oatmeal with blueberries banana pizza grapes perogie casserole, cantaloupe Finally got all my carrots in the freezer. I had a really good crop this year. Took me 4 hrs. to dig, wash, peel, blanch and freeze them. All I have left to do is freeze some peppers. I'm waiting for them to turn red. Getting ready for a horse show tomorrow. Seems like forever since I've been to one...oh wait, it has been months :) I don't think tomorrows weigh in will be very good...my portions were too big again this week. Have a great weekend! |

Exercise - kettle bell and bar bells. Stairs. foods: Coffee, green tea & water black berries, Protein powder, 1 svg potato chips 2 jeni o Turkey dogs big spinach, onion, cabbage salad, Italian dressing, grilled brocolli several oatmeal cookies (took my carbs too high with them) Narrowly came under with my calorie allotment. Pretty high in carbs though. Won't be weighing for a few days. Not going to enjoy that. Renee: You're day looked nice. Enjoy your Sunday. CorinnaT: I'll bet it's only water too. 1 hour walk 1 hour walk Meals Slimfast Big mixed salad Tomato/Cheese/Spinach/Pumpernickel sandwich Last weekend of summer. Weather was beautiful today. A little humid, but oh so nice. Went to church and then started to get a migraine headache. Took some aspirin and relaxed, and then felt better after awhile. Figure I must have been getting dehydrated since I forgot to take my water bottle to church with me. That is the only thing that I can think of that caused it. Took the dog to the river and enjoyed playing fetch there, then walked through and old town. Just a lovely day overall. Hope you ladies had a great Sunday too. Wishing you an even better Monday! |

Not getting much exercise. tbh my motivation is bad but lately the air quality has also created trouble. Just breathing is a struggle. Much of my area is surrounded by fire. Hopefully tonight the rain will help cleanse the debris from our surroundings.
Breakfast- 3 scrambled eggs, onions and fresh spinach. Lunch- Coffee with vanilla protein powder. 2 servings potato chips. Dinner-cooked broccoli, onion and a cooked carrot I'm@1001 Cal. If I get hungry I might have something else. The air is really makimg me tired though. Have a fantastic coming week, ladies. |

Desire2-I hope the fires go away along with all the smoke so you will feel better. That must be so awful for you. I hate smoke. It always makes me sick with a headache. Renee-oh my goodness, SIX HOURS WALKING! You surely burned off some calories that day. Congratulations to Steel and you too. Another year of Grand Champion!!! I managed to avoid the delicious looking candy bars at the checkout counter today. The oreo cookies and cream bar kept screaming at me, but I managed to get away untouched. :) Hope you both have a lovely Tuesday! |
(Monday)
The rain washed our ash away. Much easier to breathe. Walked 4 miles in the morning. breakfast- Protein powder, blackberries and walnuts lunch- protein powder, puree pumpkin, laughing cow dinner- cooked cauliflower, spinach, Italian dressing. 2x Turkey dogs. (Tuesday) Toning fitness- Barbells and kettlebell and 60m aerobics. Breakfast- frozen blackberries with protein powder and gelatin. Snack- Quest bar rocky road, Apricot tea 2 hard boiled eggs Lunch- hard boiled egg Dinner- Big spinach salad, cabbage, Italian dsg., cooked Brocolli snack-protein bar, apricot tea -------- I'm hopeful. Today I joined a challenge for Halloween. Perchance it will motivate me to drop the next 10#s. CorinnaT: Yes it was a complete headache, sinus compromiseto my system. It's gone but my body is trying to get right again. I worry for the more immune compromised in our area though. Thank you. So amazing that you resisted those temptations.
