Good Evening! Today is our 49th anniversary, and we both commented, "where has the time gone?" Too fast that is for sure. It was a long, very windy, day at the lake today! No sunshine and a cooler 70 degrees. The kids did jump in and out of the water a few times, but spent most of the day inside playing games. At least it didn't rain. The wind went down slightly in the late afternoon so Bob and Jason were able to take the top off of the boat hoist and the big boat out of the water. We brought it home with us and Bob is hoping to get it cleaned up and in storage before it rains. It's supposed to be as windy again tomorrow but nice on Monday so may go back up then.
"Gma," I hope you got back to sleep after going downstairs. I just hate nights like that!
It was nice of the glasses place to question your prescription. It's better to be sure rather than to have to redo them. Lasagna sounds good! We haven't that for a long time. The blanket will be beautiful I'm sure!
In visiting about football next week, the schedule Amanda sent has the 7th grade game times listed, and not the 8th grade. I was excited thinking the games are at 4:30 when Ian won't be playing until 6. I knew it was too good to be true! I am ready to head to bed! Wind makes me tired even if I'm not out in it.
