Hope you're feeling better.

My cold is slowly going away. Thanks for the get well wishes.

With more free time, you will need to find something to keep you busy,
so you don't think about food. Ever thought about trying some low
level aerobics? Perhaps you are catching up on your reading.

Going to have a hard freeze tonight so yesterday I put my potted plants in the cellar until next Spring. Pulled most of the plants around the house and planted a few bulbs. I can always find something to do around here! Glad you're feeling better!

Heavy frost this morning. Had to turn the heat on in the house last night. Good-bye summer......
The horses are loving this weather. No more flies and gnats.

Have a great day!

Bought a heater for our bathroom today. Now I can have some heat in the room when I get out of the shower in the morning. This one works a lot quicker and much warmer than our old one.

My dog and I are glad the flies and gnats are gone too. I hated them flying around my face.

Ate some Halloween candy today at work. I know it is not good for me, but I kept thinking about it. I will be glad when we are past it. Too many temptations everywhere for Halloween.

Didn't do much outside yesterday. Too cold and windy. Getting rain here today. Sam is off so we'll probably do some running around. A new Harbor Freight store opened and he wants to go see it.

Have a great Thursday!

Rainy day here. Not too much exercise today. Need to be better at it tomorrow. Did you go see the new Harbor Freights store? Found a few pictures from the dog show. Still waiting for more to come. I will send you a couple.

Went and saw the Harbor Freight store and got some winter gloves. I can never find gloves that keep my fingers warm and are flexible. Thanks for the pictures. Jack is so cute! You look great! Sam's off again today so I think I'll go to the feed store and get shavings and feed. I can't unload and stack the shavings by myself. I'm lucky to have a husband that helps me with anything I need.

Have an awesome Friday!

Meals
Blueberry bagel with cream cheese
macaroni and cheese, mixed salad with pasta
pizza, followed by several mini Butterfinger bites

Yes, I did it. I ate many Butterfinger bite pieces while watching a movie this evening. Now I am overloaded with sugar and feeling nauseated. I don't know why I did it. I know better than to do it.

So why did I do it?
Maybe to have control over something.....no, I don't think so.
Am I unhappy....no, I am not.
Then why...really why? Just tired and being lazy....maybe.

Just being carefree for one evening with no restrictions, .....
but was it worth really worth it????
No, so now I will have to pay the price.
I am not making excuses for myself.
Just doing some self analysis as to why the situation occurred.
Now I need to fix it so it doesn't happen again.

You have been doing good with your meals and exercise. Very good.
I hope you show some good success tomorrow.

You have a very good husband to help you around the house/farm.

Thanks for the compliments. Have a wonderful Saturday!!!

No change for me....

For me, when I eat something sweet, it's because I just love the taste. I think I am truly addicted to chocolate and baked goods, But, I noticed this week I can really control my addiction. I baked cookies and a cake and did very well with the self control.

My knees have been bothering me lately and I think it's a weight issue so I am motivated to drop the excess pounds. I CAN do this!

Have a great Saturday!

Went looking at house construction today, and another for sale. Just for fun. Also went and looked at cars/trucks for sale, and some couches. Almost bought a couch and loveseat, but dimensions were off by 1 foot, so decided not to buy today. Went home and measured once again, and think maybe couch set may have worked. Sale ended today, so will have to wait for next one and hope they still have couches.

Went up 3 lbs this week for weigh-in. Not surprised.

Great job Renee on your self control this week. You have been hanging on to that will power dust. Keep going strong!

Sounds like you had a fun day yesterday. Hopefully I will get Steel out today for a drive. It's very warm and I know this weather won't last long. I still have one large pot of petunias I've been covering at night.

Have a blessed Sunday!

Today was a beautiful day. Went for a nice walk in the morning, later worked with my dog on his agility jumps, and then this evening worked on basic herding with him in a field. Just trying to get him to stop chasing the big ball when I say, and to come back to me. He shows improvements since his last day. It just takes repetition and he will get better. It was fun.

Did you take Steel out today for a drive? I saw on the news in areas near you there had severe thunderstorm warnings. I hope you were okay.

Had a lovely drive with Steel. Kept an eye on the sky, but we made it home before the rain.
I think today I will start my Fall house cleaning.
I'm sure Jack is a fast learner. He seems to want to please you and is such a happy boy!

Have a great Monday!
