It's been so very long... I hope that I can get back in the swing of things. I just started reading the posts again so it is going to take me a little bit. I am glad to see everyone is doing so well!
I have to admit I haven't been as good as Bernice. Way to go Bernice!! I have gained almost 20lbs since last we spoke. Bummer... but, it is time to get back on track! Last fall I moved and changed jobs. Things are starting to come together and I am going to start with a clean slate.
Hi Ladies ~ it's Thursday night and I'm almost through with day #4 staying OP. Yippee!! Vacation did me in you guys, it really did. I am hoping to lose all, if not most of the 5lbs I gained while sunning it up in RAINY Florida.

Bernice ~ ...............WOW, you go girl!!!! I didn't realize that you lost so much. 102.8!!! You are an inspiration. You should be so proud (I'm sure you are) of yourself. Keep up the good work......you'll be at your goal with your determination.

Kerri ~ Hello and welcome back. I too was away for many months and when I came back (6 months later) I had gained 26 of the 47lbs I lost. I've made some progress but still have more to go. You'll do it.....

Not to me me me but, just a small update (I promise)
Since my disappearence I have had quite a full year. Unfortunately, the medication I was prescribed caused me to gain 40lbs. I managed to lose about 20 of that but I still have almost 20 more to get to where I was over a year ago! It has been a battle to say the least.
Last September we (Rick my finance and I) moved to his dad's to take care of him (he is very ill) and the house (also ill!). It is work but, has been rewarding. I finally left the evil company I was working for and got a wonderful job as an Executive Assistant. I love it, it is much, much, much (did I mention much?) less stressfull!! Although, President of the US would be less stressfull than my last job! ok maybe not!
Well, that is enough of me! I am still catching up so bare with me..... Sam Congrats on your pregnancy! -- Gosh, I have been gone a long time!

Kerri ~ I'm happy that you have found a job you love. Working somewhere that you aren't happy is such a horrible feeling. I love my job but to be honest, the ultimate would be to have a "work-at-home" job. Ha! Good luck with yours.

Well, am in the middle of cleaning my stovetop and ovens and trying to get this post done! Back and forth – back and forth! I haven’t even gotten dressed yet! Hubby had to work this morning … guess I better go get dressed before he gets home! Hahahaha. We are going out to dinner with our son and daughter-in-law tonite. Our anniversary is on Monday, but we are going out next weekend to celebrate with friends that have their anniversary just 2 days after ours.

I'm now down 30 lbs since last fall (20 since joining 3fc in Jan) and I can't tell you how much of a difference this site has made to me and how helpful you all have been. Thankyou! I do try to keep up reading all the posts...but I'm afraid theres not always the time to post. Well, how did you all do for St Patty's last nite? Anyone have any green bear (ugh!) We went out to dinner with our son and daughter-in-law, granddaughter and her girlfriend ... no green beer! haha ... boy, you should have seen the lines waiting to get in the pubs tho! Geez - not this kid!
I'm very proud of myself - we went out to dinner twice this week and I stayed on program fairly well ... last nite was great, Friday nite I went over on my points because I had a Spanish Coffee (lots of liquer in that)! Whew! but, I did not drink but only 1/2 of it. Hey, I'm hoping for another 1/2 lb this week - maybe even a whole lb! hee hee
