I have had a few "off" days now. I really did not eat "that much" yesterday...but I think a lot of salty stuff. I also upped my water intake, once again... scale jumped 4.6 pounds. I am always all over the place.
I am fasting today!! Since Wednesday turned into a splurge day. I don't want to repeat last week, where I only fasted 1 x. -- I actually had to drive my DD to her BF's house early this morning, and just had decaf coffee with cream, no bfast. It is past lunch time and I think I will skip lunch as well and just have a nice big salmon salad for dinner.
I did not workout yesterday, so I will definitely hit the gym today. I think I will walk on treadmill and lift weights, no swim today. Later on tonight, I am hoping to take an evening walk with DH and pup. We'll see how bad the mosquitoes are if my DH wants to venture into the woods...
The water is starting to come out today. I hope I held onto 4 pounds of worth of it yesterday and I will see a nice weigh in tomorrow. -- Hate these fluctuations. I am so sensitive.... I guess they would not bug me as much if I was at goal, but now I just want to see losses each day

We are supposed to have a gorgeous weekend. My Godson's grad party is on Saturday. They live about an hour away from us. What are your plans ladies?
