Good Morning!!!

NOW IS WHEN

The time to begin is now. The time to live is now. The day to make a difference is today. The moment of truth is this very one you have in front of you.

There is something you've been meaning to do, and now is the time to get going on it. The fact that it will take some time is even more reason to go ahead and begin. It does not matter how much or how little time you may seem to have. What truly matters is what you do with now.

And what you can do with now is to live, to love, to comfort and encourage and create, to work and to build, to express, to experience, to enjoy. The possibilities have no limit.

Now is everything you require and all you desire. And now is when you can truly live it.

Have a great OP day!!! Go, Go, Go, you WW girls!!!

Hugs
Carol

First off--I'm so proud of all us losers!!!

Doni--Wow! You must've been scared outta your mind when you saw that tree falling! I know I would have been!! People never really think about it, but trees weigh a TON! Your poor car...

I really enjoyed catching up on this thread. Made me feel really good to read the posts--everyone is trying so hard!! Made ME want to try hard!

I think WW is a wonderful program! The secret is, be sure to write down everything you put in your mouth!

Everyone take care!

Cheryl: I agree, journaling is the key to any program. I'm motivated now too!!!

Vickster: W@W!!!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!! You will be one hot mama in that fancy new car!

Deb & Sher: Mailing stuff out to you today. I even included the slider just because I like you guys!

For all of you WW people: I believe you can use this to calculate points without having to pay like on the site.
