Happy Hump Day Ladies!
Today was Tabata Day at the gym, it's a killer work-out BUT it works wonders on calorie burn and body sculpting! then of course i go and do the rest of my routine which is strength training of the body part of the day which today was my back and then ab/core work! The weather man is calling for severe thunderstorms tonight and even tornado watches after dark so i'm hoping to get the dogs out for their walk before it breaks bad outside. Guess i shoulda known we would have to pay for the pretty weather this time of year but oh well wouldn't turn down a bright sunshiny warm day in the middle of winter ever lol! Both of my lil darlin's are getting over head colds and i feel as though they have chose to share it with me now, i'm getting stuffy, headachy, rundown and feverish yippy! went thru the past 2 mornings and opened the house up to air it out and hopefully blow some of the cold germs away, so maybe it won't last to long or get to bad for me! The DH turn's 50 today and he's so bummed about it been grumpy for days now! jeez you'd think he was turning 90 or something! Seems the older he gets the more needy/whiny (big babyish) he becomes! Can't believe January is already over when it seems the New Year just started. Well you ladies have a great evening and "see" y'all tomorrow!
Well it the last day of Jan can u believe it, a whole month gone already wow! We made it thru the storms lasnite with only a short power outage, so greatful! Rennie thanx ill def check for them this weekend. I must admit since my lifestyle change ive only been sick a couple times n they dont last near as long as they used to. Amazing how the body reacts to mainly whole foods n movement. January was an educational month for me i am consistantly learning and seeing new changes in my body, mind and spirit! Ill check back in later have a great day!

A little bit of an upswing today so I ended the month at 235.0 . . . an 11 lb loss for the month. I really wanted a bigger loss for the month, but I'll take it. I plan on hitting the 20s in February. I know I need to put more effort into exercise and really watch the carbs. My sister is coming to town this weekend and I already know we are going to be eating at a big buffet on Saturday. Hopefully I won't do too badly - gonna try to stick to mostly proteins and salad.
Ok started January on the rise @ 201lbs. from the holidays BUT ended it @ 194lbs. so all in all a nice loss for the month since my goal is -1lb. a week! Here's to the new month and may it be filled with SELF love, gratitude and appreciation for each of us!
