Lindy- It was great!!! We had a blast. Definitely drank too much and ate too little though.. so I was hung over by 8pm lol. We didnt make it to the comedy club at 10, but nonetheless we had a great time. We took a cooler filled with sandwiches (un-assembled)..BIG mistake lol, beers, and about 2 gallons of strawberry daquiris that I mixed up=) We had a lot of fun. We started bartering with the crowd. We started off by trading some ice for a beer. Then we traded the beer for a jello shot. Then the jello shot for some beads.. which was bad deal.. so we traded the beads for more beer.. Long story short.. we ended up with an eye patch, a compass, and a knife (from ice). haha good times.

Dance- WOOHOO on the smaller jeans! Everytime I come on here, I see your ticker going down and down. Great job! Hope you have an amaaaazing trip. and YES life is complicated, but as long as you're happy and having fun!

Rayne- that is so nice of you to volunteer=) I just got an xbox kinect with zumba.. but my bf is always here and I'm not about to embarass myself lol Although, I caught him doing it. It was a funny sight. I really want to get out doors more. There's a gym that just opened up down the street. I'm going to start going there tomorrow. Maybe I will try running there... see how that goes. lol. that might be overkill.

Well hope everyone has a great superbowl! Try not and eat too much. Hopefully I can stick to my own advice. I let my self have some freedom on the weekends though, otherwise I would never stick to anything long term. I'm down 10-11 lbs since 12/26. I was 175 the day after christmas. Holidays are killer! The bf and I are going to DC for my work/valentine's day weekend. We have reservations for a few restaurants... hopefully I can control myself. Also, going to atlanta for work couple weeks after that and they feed you constantly! Though I have to admit, they always have healthy options there too. They are just hard to see through all the goodness and fatty stuff. lol Oh.. and its always open bar. Alcohol is my weakness! I've been getting killer heartburn for the past month.. to the point where I have to throw up to get it to stop. I don't understand because I'm not overeating and I'm not eating badly. Gonna see the doc this week hopefully.

Burgu.dy..... I want.to punch who ever said no pain no gain in the face....ALOT!!!!! Lol im.finally un sore but tomorrow is leg day so im sure it will be back to square 1! Lol

lindy- yeah he's a mess but so strict!!!! Which is what i need but man i dread mon, tue aand thursday!!!

Dance.... I agree with the carbs but man it is so hard to eliminate them. It has been a rough road!!!! Lol
The scales have gone up......but i have been very strict on my food choices this week so i am assuming that im gaining muscle. I also noticed a little defination in my stomach so i was happy.......but a.little upset about the gain. Thank goodness we dont do the superbowl party thing so no worries about bad party food!! I have a sneaky suspicion that Jason is going to be mad.and.work my.butt off for the gain tho!!!!!

Neesy- I had so much fun reading your Gasparilla post. I could totally picture me and my friends doing this. p.s. saw a picture with a cute boy on FB...could this be your BF? If so....respectfully.....he's a hottie! haha

Nessa - The one pound it is most definately a result of the new workout. When I did P90x, I gained 5 pounds total but was the smallest size I had ever been. I am so happy I did that program because I actually got the concept of muscle weighs more than fat. Keep up the good work girl!

Welp, I did weigh in yesterday and stayed at 186. It's 1 pound down and I'll take it! The DBF and I actually went to dinner the night before and I had planned to stay in my point range but went over for the week so I was happy that the scale still reflected a pound down. This week is not going to be much better because I have a dinner date with my friends on Friday, and on Sunday I have a babyshower. Plus my week restarted yesterday and I went WAY overboard for Superbowl, so hopefully I can maintain. I'd be happy with maintaining my 1 pound loss, lol. After this week, I am good. No major events planned...thank goodness. Then I can really get on track and do this!

Lindy - woohoo for a pound down! It's hard to diet when there are so many social distractions, isn't it?

Nessa - my guess is that you're retaining a little extra water in your sore muscles. It will come off soon, I'm sure. It takes women a long time to gain serious muscle mass so I'd be surprised if it's showing up on the scale this soon but the main thing is that it's not the wrong kind of weight gain for sure. Keep up the good work!

Neesy - love your bartering stories! too fun. Totally agree that traveling for work is HARD! So little control over the food options/mealtimes and so many temptations if you're trying to stick to plan. Are you calorie counting these days? If so, what's your daily limit? Curious to compare as our stats are awfully similar.

Weekend was great - ended up going on a crazy long walk with my ex on Sat afternoon in the 60 degree sunshine which gave me shinsplints (from walking on pavement, bummer). So, I couldn't run yesterday or today. Hoping to get in a roller blade tomorrow though. Yesterday, we went to a salsa bootcamp to work on our latin dancing before the trip. We only stayed for the first 3 hours but it was fun. No superbowl watching here but hope you guys had fun if you watched it...

Dance- how awesome on the smaller clothing size!!!! I always love it when i can go shopping and discover whoot whoot.....im down a size!!!!! I seriously.hope its water or.muscle!!! I used to love roller blading!!! So much fun....and ice skating too!!!

Well the trainer.told me little to no salt. No processed foods. The fresher the better. Only 100% whole wheat bread and very very limited. Also he wants.me to do protein shakes.......i HATE shakes!!!!! So im gonna try mixing the.protein powder into low fat or.light and fit yogurt and add.fruit to it.....surely it cant be worse than a shake??? Lol i wish i had time for smoothies!! Now that i could get used to! Lol

the scale said 180.6 this morning so im sure it will eventually go down....if not.my gluteus maximus better turn into a gluteus minimus! Lol well i hope yall have a great evening!!!!!

Lindy- that makes me feel better.that you gained 5.pounds but was smaller than you have ever.been!!! I hope that is the case. The trainer works my butt.off and is so strict on food....i try really hard.on the food part but no one is perfect!! I just want to.look toned and thin!!! Lol

Dance-congrats on the lb down. You amaze me. Yay on smaller clothes. I'm ready for that to happen.

Lindy-the pasta was regular. I know, bad. It was from the soup ,kitchen, they send a whole tub full home with me. I only ate a little and froze the rest. I plan on giving it to some ladies at church. Congrats on your lb down too. I have all the wiehg watchers books here my cousin gave me. I should read through them again.

Neesy-sounds li,e you had a lot of fun. I do zumba on the wii. I love it. You and your bf could do it together a few times, then you don't have to be embarrassed.

Nessa-you look great in your pic on fb. Me and the hubby cut out salt a while ago and I'm surprised at how salty things already are. I never noticed with some things before. 179!!!!

I haven't been hiding out just have may house torn apart trying to turn our spare room into my craft room. Its a big project. I'm also trying to get a website going for my jewelry with my best friend and my sister. I'm still on plan but staying off the scale for a while so I'm not obsessing. I've been doing a shake for breakfast, lunch usually salad or a lean cuisine but I want to get away from the processed stuff. I used to do a liquid fast once a week a few years ago, I'm thinking of going back to that. Gonna get up and workout so i can make some more necklaces later.

Lindy- my trainer iant.overly happy that i cant drink nasty protein shakes so i add it to dannon light and fit for.my breakfast! Lol and he.doesnt really have an.opinion.on ww. I.still do ww.amd.i stay under points. According to my program on my phone im allowed 28 pts. Per.day and with the training i normally stay well under. And i rarely use.the activity or exercise.pts. My hubby has agreed.to let me keep him next.month too.......so if i keep begging.....maybe he will keep.giving in! Lol im still upset because.the scales keep.going up. But i have to keep telling myself........stop looking at the scales and.look at inches. The medium.scrubs i wore.today were not as tight as they.were.2-3 weeks ago. The pants had alot of wiggle room.....the shirt....not.so much but still comfy.

Burgundy- thanks so much!!!!! I wish i could figure out how to.post a pic on here. I.may try to email that pic and my tattoo pic and a before.pic.to myself so maybe i can post them from my laptop! it is so hard to eliminate salt. And im slowly cutting it out but its hard!!!!! But it does make.a.difference!

Dance- im so jealous you get to rollerblade so often!!!!!

Ugh - feeling a little under the weather (may have gotten a light version of my ex's cold) and majorly unmotivated. I ran yesterday but it felt twice as long as usual which definitely means I was low energy. Hoping to catch up on sleep tonight and stick strictly to plan. Yesterday was one of those I'm endlessly hungry days for no reason that I can tell.

Nessa - so nice that your clothes are getting loose -that's such a great feeling!

burgundy - sounds like you are keeping busy! good luck with all the projects.

I went WAY under my point range yesterday. To the tune of 8 points which is a big deal in weight watchers. Not really sure why but I wish I was like that today. Instead, I am starving. My co-worker was going to get spanish food and while the thought was not in my head before, it certainly was after she mentioned it. I ended up with spanish pork and rice. The rice took up almost all my points for the day and I am stuck with only 3 points for the rest of the day, which is very, very, bad. I will shoot for egg whites and fruit for dinner and maybe a ww candy that is 1 point. Wish me luck. I am full now so I can say I am confident I will stick to to it but who knows after 6 hrs.

Dance - sorry you are not feeling well. These colds and flu's are going around my job like wild fire and everyone keeps catching it from each other. Worst cold/flu season yet. Get the rest you need because you need to be 100% for your trip. :-)

Nessa - woot woot, glad to see you are looking at the clothes and not the scale. When I did P90x, I weighed 170 but was wearing a size 8 comfortably so pay no mind to that mean ole scale.

Burgundy - the green fringe jewelry that you uploaded to FB really caught my eye, cute! Im not one for jewelry around my neck or wrists, more of an earrings girl myself...specifically hoops. My goodness, I have every size and color of hoops that you can imagine. Do you do earrings too?

Ok, I have plenty of HW to work on today so I will catch up tomorrow.

Nessa-I think you might have to go thru photo bucket or Flickr to upload a pic on here. Its been ages since I posted a pic. I decided I need a craft room, my stuff was all over the house. Our spare room is only used when my mom is here during the summer so I converted it.

Dance-hope you are feeling better soon. It seems like I was sick a month. Get plenty or rest and stay hydrated.

Lindy-I can do the fringe on hoops too. I have to make a run to hobby lobby or Michael's on Saturday for more supplies.

I've moved so much around in my house today but the craft room is complete. I'm so happy to have my own space and have our dining room table back. Gonna get my workout done and relax for a bit after.

Hey girls!!!! I hope.im not posting too much.....but i have to share.this stuff.i found. Have yall ever heard of or tried "flatout" flatbreads? They have like a million different kinds im.stuck on the fold over white bread right now. But they range in ww points from 1-4. And.its.alot.of.bread and.filling oo. And calories range from 47-160. Im pretty impressed!!!! Yall may not like them but its worth a try to see! I love breads so anything i can get to be able to eat it! Lol have a good evening everyone!
