I must admit that being kind to myself is sometimes difficult. Like you, I expected to be at my initial goal weight by now. I have mometary lapses when I just want to stop worrying about my weight, especially when I have other things to think about. But I come to this board and it helps a lot. I also e-mail or call my two friends, not to talk about weight, but because no one's life is perfect, we need to support each other, and any one in need, in anyway we can. My long distance bills are sometimes high, but it is worth it.
Are you near Genova? I have a friend Chiara there.
I did about 1950 cals, and 140g carbs, so not too awful. about 300 cals.
Another 0.5 pound and that will be my lowest weight in 3 1/2 years! I am DEFINITELY staying OP today!
