OK this sounds like fun, but my purse is downstairs and my WW booket is in there. But I know I had a 3.2 lb loss this week.
OK I just ran and got my WW booket. So here goes. I am adding another part to this, which is total lbs lost, which will help us keep track of all we lose to motivate us and so we can see how much weight we have lost totaly.
Beginning weight-224.5
Todays weight-192.2
Lbs lost this week-3.2
Total lbs lost-29.8
Mini goal for Feb-To get well in the mid 180's
Total goal weight-155
