Sure what specifically would you like to know? Essentially the only really good data we have comes from the Minesota Starvation Study. Metabolisms slowed down by about 50% but 35-40% of that is attributed to loss of muscle and fat. Thus - 10-15% is attributed to the body metabolically adapting.
How much and how fast depends on genetics, body fat percentage, and overall deficit and probably a bunch of other factors I'm not considering.
If you stop eating completely you might see a 10% drop after only 5 days. If you're 500lbs and you're eating only 600 calories a day your metabolism might not slow down that much after 6 months.
The main take away is that starvation mode is a myth because the body can only slow down one's metabolism so much. The primary problem in the short run is psychological and if someone is lean enough, hormonal. In the long run health can suffer due to lack of micronutrients.
