JohnP!.. you've set my mind at ease... my workouts vary from day to day, weight lifting twice a week, Zumba twice a week, kickboxing once a week, & working with a trainer once a week... all on separate days, except for Fridays when I stack weights & Zumba... & no, I haven't been feeling less strong by waiting to eat... in fact, I've been feeling great!.. so, it doesn't need fixing at all... whew!..
