Cookie...glad to see ya! Those classes sound like fun. I am glad ya made the time. I am thinking of trying the AT &T 7 plan. $7 internet a month and long distance 7 cents a minute. I will call and check into it tomorrow. Gotta remember to call and go for my car check up too. Cameron and Grif go for check ups on Monday. Maybe it is good I haven't started working yet. My astrology says I will get out of debt by mid April so something will happen soon. I made a turkey-ham tonight. I liked it. Much leaner than ham. Dale bought some groceries today. Lots of fruit...he scored a few points. My dog ate an entire pan of fudge brownies. Not good. The were up too. Guess they smelt so good, even she couldn't resist!!!! She took it outside to eat. The were in a glass pie pan. Not an easy feat!! Well, I guess I can't ruin my diet w/ them now! audri

I have looked into the 4.95 isp and it is only for 100 hours. Not enough for this family. AT&T has one for 7 a month called 7/7. It is suppose to be unlimited svc. I will tell you if I find out anything else, MW.

Sounds like everyone is doing fine. I am eating chocolate like there is no tomorrow. AHHHHH! Not exercising either.

Flower, it sounds like all of us here had the same cold as you had. I hope we all get totally over it soon. This is the most cold med and tissue we've ever gone through! Well, last year was bad too...I guess cold/flu season is just worse than in years past, with everyone traveling around and spreading weird stuff, we just get sicker more often - great! Anyway, I'm hoping to be sniffle free soon!!!! And back to some regular exercise.

Cookie, your class sound great and I do hope it helps you put less pressure on yourself.

Hello. I am on antibiotics now. Unfortunately, it's giving me the runs. I think I jinxed myself too. I asked for a precription for my recent outbreaks of cold sores. 2 days later, what do I get, a new cold sore!!! I used to only get them during high stress-(funeral kind of stress) or first sunburn of the summer. I have had 5 this year already!!! Well, we'll see if this medicine helps any... There is a daily kind to prevent too. I may have to do that...

Cameron went in for his WELL checkup and he has broncitis and sinus infection. I didn't realize he was sick. I never heard him cough, he never complained. Chris got medicine too. Grif is trying his 3rd antibiotic. Now, lets all hope Ri doesn't get sick again and start this over again. He's been off medication for 10 days now....

Grampa spent the night at Grandma home. Let's hope this is the start of makeup and move back in together time.

I am eatting good stuff. (veggies, whole wheat ect...) I need to shower and do more laundry. I pulled weeds for an hour. Gonna finish after Chris gets up. I am sore. 4 bags full already. I was hustling! I am calling Bassett furniture @ 9. audri/flower

My 2nd interview is next Monday. Another week not working. I am temptied to get a retail job just to get some money coming in! I am okay so far eating wise. Hopefull the snacks will not call my name today. (Yesterday, they were obnoxious!)

Hello. It is really spring like here in Vegas. I gotta a mini burn yesterday. I worked on the yard and patio. Amazing how much garbage accumulates over winter. I definately feel the muscles. I watched Disney's THE KID w/ Bruce Willis last night. Very cute. I liked it.

Dale has been at Diane's for 3 days. He got himself a job. She says he'll be back once his car is out of the shop. Keep your fingers crossed that she changes her mind. And she keeps him forever. He is fine...I am not complaining but I like my home w/ just us. Visits are fine but all day is a bit much.

Well, today I want to go visit the ducks and play in the yard a bit more. I want to work a a few silk arrangements and IF I had some extra moey I would start another attempt on a herb garden. I will April 1st. I will walk at the park. At least a mile. ~flower/audri~

I am helping with some fundraisers so my 9 year old daughter and the performance jazz dance team she is on can go to nationals at 'sandiego' in july(they won first place at dance magic in portland so they get to go to nationals) I am so proud and excited for all the girls!

I need to feel excited about working out again....I used to have this great drive before...I LOST IT....cannot seem to find it....have any of you seen it?

Been a busy week but have been 'Angelic' with my eating.

Flower/audri....I sure wish it was spring-like here! I just love it when the baby ducklings are swimming around the pond.

Itsworthit hasn't posted in quite a while has she? I lost everyones address or I would email her.

I have to get back into walking. That seems to be the only thing that makes me stick to healthy eating. I wish you all lived closer!

Cookie...spring will arrive there soon. Are all the trees pink w/ blossoms yet? I love going down NW 21st and 23rd and drive all over the petals. Like a huge wedding!
