D: edamame, shi****o peppers, seared tuna no rice, one glass of wine
Before bed instead of snacking: lots of mint tea

too funny - the automatic editing thing decided my japanese peppers were unprintable.


Still, progress is progress. I'm going to try to keep it up and see if I can get back to ticker soon (fingers crossed) and then finish this darned weight loss project instead of getting close and letting things float back upward *sigh*
