Dance-i think my first mingoal will be to get back to 187. That's where I have been for so long so I really want to get back there and move down even more. I was still at 190 this morning but I haven't gotten in a lot of exercise. Food has been good though. What are barefoot running shoes?

Keller-1 lb isn't so bad. Just post weigh ins here on this thread when u can.

Cajun-no gain is always good. Stay cool.

So I forgot to post on Wednesday that I went on an 8.6 mile bike ride. It was so nice. Went with the boys and their mom. It was so windy which made it tougher to peddle so that was a good workout. Went for a swim Thursday while chris fished. Gotta enjoy the water before the warm weather is gone. Rested yesterday. I've been having some weird cramps the last couple days so thought I would take it easy. Might pull out the wii fit tonight. Haven't done that in a while. We have a family reunion to go to in a half hour so I should get ready. Hope u all have a great weekend.

Where is everyone else??

Still at 251, just at the lower end of ounces now so hopefully its down to 250 tomorrow. My first goal this month is to get back to 246!

Got in a 20 min bike ride, 10 min elliptical and 55 min on a weight loss program on the treadmill today. Made a tuna pasta for dinner, with a side salad. Sitting at 850 cals today so far and looots of water. Then went swimming for a little over an hour with the bf before he headed to work.

Gonna relax tonight! It's 75 degrees out!

Ugh - achy and sore today after a 9 mile, 6 hour hike yesterday. Looking forward to getting back to normal! Will try to fit in a walk later to loosen things up.

burgundy - 187 is within reach!! what are you going to do this weekend to make sure you get there soon?

keller - love the new photo! That next pound is yours today, I bet!

cajun - good job on the blood sugar - that's important stuff.

Blah! Been really bloated with a stomachache all day. Its weird cause tom isn't due for another two weeks at least. Needless to say, didn't dare step on the scale this morning. I feel five pounds heavier and like I've retained all liquids I've drank. Ugh!


But did get in about a mile walk and an hour swim! Heading to the grocery store then bed. Gonna look for some new healthy snacks!

Dance- thank you. Its def better than the street sign! But how often do you come across a sign of your family's name?

:DWell hubby "gave" me off today:carrot: I am all alone and have the house to myself:carrot: I love working, my workers, but every now and then I just love a day off by myself:carrot:. I hope you all have a blessed day. Off to eat breakfast which will be 1/2 cup fiber one, milk and an egg. :carrot:(Just had to get one more dance in)!

keller - wow - an hour swim? I sooo couldn't do that - I'm very impressed.

cajun - how fun to have a free day - enjoy!!

Still crazy sore today so I know I'm retaining water in all those sore muscles and am avoiding the scale as a result. Planning on a walk this evening and maybe get back to running tomorrow. Hope you all are doing great!

Hey all! Wowzers everyone has been so busy & I'm here slacking away ;) I can not believe the activities ya'll have been up to on the last couple pages...Way to go ladies:D:DI'm totally jealous haha

Had my first ultra sound last week everything baby wise is still good so far the tech couldn't figure out how far along I was I think she was new. Dr's appointment on the 31 I think I'll be about 2.5months ish he'll be able to tell me when I go.

I got a talking to from him last week about my slackish behaviour he told me to get off my butt and workout. Not 1-2 hours like I was doing but something everyday low impact I just have to stop if I get too hot. He gave me a perscription for my nausea which is why I stopped working out but I'm defiant, what can I say I haven't filled it. I am starting to feel better now went from 80% queasy to 40% so I don't think I need it. However I need the heat to stop it's to freaking hot to workout!

So now that I'm preggers my goals are kinda haulted my focus is going to be to be active some how 30mins a day and to stick to healthly foods. My Dr did say that loosing excess weight during pregnancy is actually good for you & baby but I'm not going to try. I'm going to aim to try & just "behave" foodwise. I'm up half a pound to 196 which is sad but I haven't been eating very well the last few weeks...guess I have to get over the numbers on the scale for the next while :lol:

marmalade - congrats!!! That's so exciting for you guys! Sorry morning sickness has been tough - nausea is pretty much the worst. I love your idea of committing to eating healthy and exercising. You are going to be great at this!!

Still waiting for sore muscles to be over. Am planning on a walk after work and maybe to get back to running tomorrow.

Getting soooo frustrated. Been bloated and retaining water weight for three days, and have a back ache. Have no idea whats going on but im getting so discouraged cause the scale isn't where i really am. Ugh.

Got in a thirty minute swim and about 1600 calories today.

I need a new motivation!

Carved- Congrats on the pregnancy! Awesome goals to have for pregnancy as well. you will do good! When I was pregnant, my doctor always said "just remember, you aren't really eating for two. You only need a little extra" so keep that in mind. =]

Dancer- Being sore sucks! Hope you can get back to runnning soon.

Morning all. Hot today, hopefully this won't lead to us getting any hurricanes or if we get any they will be weak ones, I HATE having to evacuate!! Hubby working in the heat, the heat does not get to him like it does to me. One day my glucose is up and my weight down, the next my glucose is down and my weight up, I need to get them together and both go down and stay down.!!! Have a blessed day.

Hey girls! Got in a good run yesterday morning but didn't sleep well last night so this morning it didn't quite happen :( I'm heading off the the mountains with a few girlfriends to stay at our family's cabin - should be fun! And a fair amount of exercise. What are you all up to this weekend?

Hello all. Weighed in yesterday down another 1.4 pounds. Going eat at Texas de Brazil today to celebrate my birthday for tomorrow, it's at least a 2.5 hour drive from where we live, it's in Baton Rouge but looking forward to it. I hope you all have a blessed day!

We have been camping all weekend so I haven't weighed since Thursday. I will tomorrow..starting a weight loss "program" with some friends tomorrow. Not exactly sure what I am going to do yet. I need a plan. I know I'm getting back to running. We got a lot of walks in while camping.


Marmalade-so excited for you. Get those workouts in.

Dance-187 is within reach. I just need to get off my butt. Hope u had fun on your get away.

Keller just keep going. The bloating will go away and the scale will move soon.

Today was good. I think i have my head back on straight, lol. I am going to try to walk/run/bike 100 miles in 30 days. I ran 2 and walked 2. So 4 down, 96 to go woo hoo, lol. Anyone want to join me?
