Hello everyone! I'm new to this forums this week! May join in on the conversations?

I didn't have the best day. I didn't slip or anything, but I didn't go to my Monday night Kickboxing class for the first time since I joined the gym 4 months ago. I was really tired with classes starting again today. I'm a college student taking 15 credit hours (5 classes) and I also took summer courses so I only had ONE week off! =( plus, for the first time since I started Quick Weight Loss Center plan 3 1/2 weeks ago, I was really HUNGRY for something involving cheese. I didn't slip though! Thank goodness.

Aishah-join right in. Don't beat yourself up over not going to kickboxing just don't make it a habit. Go to the next class and get right back into it. Looks like you are doing great since you've almost lost 100 lbs.

Anyone wanna join me for miles today? I plan on biking 6 and walking 2.

Biked my 6 miles. Gonna meet a friend at 7 and walk 2 miles with the dogs.

Thank you! Feeling better today. I'm going to go to the Hip Hop Cardio class tonight. I'm still really tired, but I love that class! I'll take you up on your 2 miles walking. Does on the treadmill count? I've been doing treadmill right after gym classes.

Yep the treadmill counts. I got the 2 miles in right before it started raining.

I got in 8 miles today so that's a total of 12 so far. 88 to go

Where is everyone? Gonna try to get some miles in today. I have the boys from 1 to midnight. Their mom wants me to take them to the fair but they have been misbehaving a lot lately so we will see. Hope everyone is having a great week.

Sorry to have been MIA! I was away for the weekend with some girlfriends in the mountains. Lots of hiking!

Holding steady on weight - no up no down. Hope everyone else is doing okay...

Been busy- Job interviews, roomies moving out this week so we're taking the master and turning my room into in office, family get togethers and birthday parties, my sisters baby is due in 8 days so i've been helping her alot.

Eatings has been okay. My roomie turned the fridge up the other day because the freezer wasn't freezing- needless to say, everything was frozen, salad, fruits, veggies, jello, anything on my plan. So had to throw it all away. Been drinking mostly water. A tea here and there. Did have a burrito from taco bell today. It was sooo good. But it was one of the healthier ones.

Weighed in at 249.8 the other day but now it's back to 250.4 so it's just floating around. Havent been to the gym in a few days but did go on a 6 mile walk on our trail a few days ago. Half of it was inclines but then its only small inclines on the way back. Also went swimming a couple times.

Tom was due this morning, no sight of him today though. Bloating and retaining, back ache, and my bf told me my boobs look bigger :O .... so i don't know what to think. Guess we'll find out in due time.

Dance-im the same way, my weight is holding steady. I dontknow what to do to get it moving again.

Keller-sounds like u are keeping busy.

I took a day off from my 100 miles in 30 days challenge yesterday but I walked around the fair for 2 hours. I am gonna head out for a bike ride and then take the dogs for a walk after. Anyone wanna join me for miles? Hopefully I can get in 6. I want to bike 4 and walk 2.

Well I didn't get to bike 4. Only got in two. It was getting dark on me. I did walk the dogs two. That gets my total to 16/100 so far.

Great Keller, its good to have a virtual buddy. I'm planning on at least 4 miles today. Got some dancing games for wii, they are so fun and I work up a sweat. Hope everyone has a happy friday

Burgundy- It's also great motivation for me to have a reason to go work out when i don't want to! ha. I'll join you for the whole 100/30 challenge. What day are you on?

I did 2 miles walking, 3 miles riding yesterday so 5/100 on Day 1.

Havent eaten much today. A cup of pasta salad and some popcorn. Gonna make dinner here soon though and then head to the gym shortly. Maybe get in a swim tonight as well.

Keller-yay I have a buddy on this. I'm on day 5. Got in 3 miles today. 2 miles walking 1 mile run. So that gives me 19/100 so far. I hate odd numbers wish I could of gotten in at least 1 more. Oh well.

I did a little dancing with the games earlier. Food was good today. I'm hoping to see a loss soon. Gotta get back out of the 190s.

Had a sandwich and some frozen yogurt for dinner. It was delicious!

Got in 2 miles walking and 4 miles biking so 11/100 miles, day 2. Was gonna do 6 on bike but my knees started to really hurt :[

Off to watch some Law and order: SVU! My fave show!
