I hear ya' - after being super good and OP all July, I didn't do so well for the first week in august (a bunch of all day mtgs and work dinners didn't help). I'm up to 181 from my low of 179 on 8/1

I'm going to stick to plan like crazy the rest of the week and see if I can undo the damage. Wanna join me for miles tomorrow? I'm planning on running 3 in the am.
ps - honey, you can do this! I've seen you do it - it's just hard to tap into the energy sometimes. Get out your goal jeans (or the equivalent) and imagine how happy you'll be to fit in them. Then throw out any junk food that has sneakily found it's way into your cupboard recently. And come back and tell us how it's going!
