SUSAN...while I don't work on the days I don't watch Lily I am totally lost and running around in circles! She keeps me busy all day and then I don't know what to do with myself when I don't have her. WTG on WI!

Same with the rest of you ladies who are MIA, miss ya!

Didn't do much of anything today. Went to run errands with the first stop at son #1 to drop something off and the rest went out the window. Had planned on a 30 minute visit and it turned into a 3 hour visit so everything has to wait for another day. Then DD and I went to see Jackass 3D...those guys are mentally challenged to say the least! But we loved it...was laughing so hard we were crying, crazy I tell ya, crazy! They do the dumbest things for money, and lots of it! I am surprised none of them have been killed or seriously hurt. Other than getting some laundry done that was pretty much my day. Tomorrow...walk at the park. Taking Lily this time, I think she will totally flip over the ducks and geese!

Oh my am I getting discouraged. I was up in the night sick. So, what do we do after we are sick?? Well, we weigh in to see if we lost weight. Amazed that I GAINED...and I have been so good since Mon. WI. I was really good yesterday to the point of under eating. I figured one day wouldn't hurt.
I exercised and felt pretty good about my work out.

And I gained 2 pounds?? WTheck.

I am going to continue with trying to make sure I get ENOUGH calories and exercising....see what next Mon. brings. But this seems to be the pattern with me and I get so let down.

Stomach is still upset, so today might be a lazy day.

Sue- I know how you feel! I get SO SO discouraged sometimes! I just keep telling myself that atleast I am getting "better' whether it be on the scale or atleast stronger from all the exercise I do. I would love to lose like 2lbs per week, but unfortunately I eat too much for that I guess! I am just trying to stick with a plan that I can "live" on and still lose on....RAWR. I'm having a frustrating day too! I'm super bloated...TOM. I will be stayign off the scale until NEXT Friday! Hang in there!

Sue & LindsB - Sometimes the scale will just drop overnight, happen before with me. So, never give up and hang in there!

Cristina - I so want a Lily in my life

I have this horrid rash on my hands and a bit on my face,feels sore under my eye. I soooooo want to call in sick tomorrow. Tired of the grind. I need a vacation. Also rethinking my plans for Hawaii......kind of not wanting to save $$$$ - lol

Did manage to get to an even 156 tonight. Yesssss.......but even that doesn't perk me up too much. Bored......in general.

Blah...still not having a drop on the scales...I am trying to keep a good attitude, but darn I want some FRIED food. LOL
Had cereal and a small bagel for brunch. Apple and cheese for snack and fixing chicken, veggies and salad for dinner.
Getting ready to exercise now...

I did start cleaning and cooking for the dinner..making beef sticks today. They have to bake for 8 hours and the house smells heavenly. For some reason it does not trigger me to eat though as it always has before. *hurdle crossed I guess* I am actually making several things that I don't even care to eat. I figured everyone else loves these dishes, so let them be happy. I will find enough to eat.
Hopefully the scales will go down by the 29th...that will be my month mark. DH says the 5 1/2 pounds I have lost were great for a month, but I am hoping for at least 7.

Susy...you are doing great!!

SUSAN...yay to 155.6!!!! Hope you are feeling better today and get rid of that rash soon! Rashes are a pain! I always want to scratch even if it hurts!

SUE and LINDsB...hang in there! Been there many times.

SUE...your little punkin is a cutie pie!

Nothing much going on today. Went shopping with the daughter, stopped by the eye doc and made an appt...I am wanting new glasses! Also, went for a walk at the park...need to update my mileage...went yesterday as well. Didn't do as much today though but I am going to do a dvd after Jeopardy and speaking of Jeopardy it's on in 7 minutes! See ya

Chilly morn here. Brrr.
I had cereal and fat free wheat toast. My breakfast of choice lately. Actually more like brunch because I have to be up a couple hrs. before I eat. Will have apple and cheese for snack and I do not know what I am making for dinner. SO tired of trying to figure out a menu.

Exercised yesterday and ate as on target as I can get. I feel so much better than I have been feeling...so even if the scales refuse to budge I know I am doing a good thing for my body. My blood pressure has been near perfect for 2 weeks.

Off to the grocery store and then home to CLEAN more...up and down the ladder doing fans and cabinet tops should help the exercise today.

Finally got the scales to move a little bump..down. SO, at least I know they are working. DH weighed one day last week and bragged of a 2 pound loss then yesterday was up a pound and half. So....it happens to the best of us I guess.
I worked my buns off yesterday with my exercise. I am really enjoying the MP3 player while exercising. I never wanted one and DH decided I did and got me one. LOL...love it now. Queen is great to work out to...yeah, I am an oldie fan. Nothing very new on my playlist.

Working my buns off today...cleaning house. Moved all the LR furniture around and cleaned the wood floors. DH brought in the extra table and chairs so we got that all set up and under control.Put leaves in the DR table. Cleaned all the chairs we store in the garage...what a job. Up and down the ladder yesterday to clean fans and cabinets, so I don't have to do that today. Only thing left after my break here is to mop the tile floors. Then I can shower and start cooking.

Won't be posting until Mon. And hopefully the scales will be still down!! I might make 8 pounds by the 29th for my month...I would take that. (wanted 10, but oh well)

Happy Saturday!

I say that but I have slept half the day away, lol. Need to quit staying up so late and sleeping late. Getting ready to head to the park and get a walk in. Was going to say get a good walk in but the wind is blowing really hard so we'll see how bad it is once I start walking. Will tally up the total miles for the week later on and see where I am at. Other than that, same old, same old...going to work on the scrapbook and putting pictures in photo albums and then hopefully finishe my book and start another. That is the plan anyway. Oh, will probably throw in some stupid 'scary' movies, lol.

For some reason I weighed yesterday and was down a pound, yay...not counting it though. We will see what happens at WI on Monday morning. Hoping it sticks!

Did I ever write that I finally have my own computer? I bought one for Gaby a week ago so she can use a spelling site that her teacher recommended. Curious to see if she improved on her last spelling test. We hope.

Sue - I always eat yogurt and a banana. This morning I took off the yogurt lid and the whole thing plopped into the sink. lol ......I ate some that fell on a dirty plate.Ick.....congrats on the scale moving down

Cristina - A wlk in the park sounds nice, it has been stormy here today. Fingers crossed for the weight loss sticking on Mondays WI

Going back to bed. First weekend in a very long time that I haven't worked or made a trip into Portland.It is so nice to just relax. I managed to clean out my closet,have wanted to do that since I moved back in June.Sheesh.
Hawaii trip savings is $500, I can purchase 1 round trip ticket but will have to wait until I can buy Gaby's ticket. I know the price is slowy creeping up.Ugh.

Bad News/ Good News; bad news is I haven't lost,I am still 155.6 - the good news is I haven't gained back.

Maybe tomorrow it will go down?

Drinking coffee,shower next and I will be doing laundry most of the day.....or so it seems. At least 3 loads await my attention.

Hello all...

Lazy Sunday around my house. Slept in once again and I really didn't want to. Didn't really have anything planned except reading but still.

SUSAN...glad you got some time off. And good to the good news! Anytime we don't gain is always GOOD news!

I've got an eye drs apt tomorrow and then heading to the park to walk and spend as much time away from this house as possible. The spouse got laid off and is really pissing me off sitting on his arse doing nothing, absolutely NOTHING! Anyway...back to my reading...just stopped by to say HI and to add my miles for the week...think I added some of them already.
