Morning, so I didnt have the greatest weekend food wise....the weather was beautiful and we were outside alot, just love this cooler weather we are having around here ...I guess today is supposed to be up around 85 though.

Just got back from my yearly gyn appt and I was up one pound from the year before ...she didnt seem to unpleased, but next year I wanna go in there about 60 pds lighter ....so gotta get my butt in gear.
