Thanks for believing in me Tamara....thanks for the tips as well....I can use them!!! I have 2 starches, I will be eating ONE at the room for my cereal, then I will have 1 more to eat. That SHOULD be easy...if I eat 1 slice of bread...or 1/2 a roll....if it seems wrong I won't do it!!!!salt is also an easy one for me, I haven't had a problem letting go of the salt. I have 3 veggies a day, I wonder if I should cut up some carrots and take them along with me just incase. I think it will be the protein I have the hardest with as I have 3 of them as well. I want to be able to go away and enjoy myself as well and not worry the whole time.Originally Posted by sunflower72
