well I need to turn on the oven and start to bake some things. I should probably have my late lunch now, so I'm not so hungry that I start tasting doughs and batters.

my foot well it is feeling better today but still sore and still taking naporsen- I am kingof getting on treadmil tonight but just walking slowly- X-Rays came back and Dr said they look fine nothing there so they don't know what it is...... today now I woke up and have a sore throat, voice is in and out and I really think I am probably running a fever so I wanted to check in then I think I am going to lay down for a bit as well

Snow geez do we have to talk about snow we have gotten at least another 4-5 inches and it is still snowing and the wind is suppose to pick up to 40+ miles per hour this evening- I90 has already been shut down
I am really so sick of this weather

So my laptop was not working a couple of days ago so I jumped on my DS's laptop and logged on here I did remember to log out but didn't take out of history so he was making a comment about places I went then the extra friend we have had staying with us finally asked last night " i just have to finally ask - what is 3fatchicks" he was like "you don't have to be on a fat website you are skinny" ok this coming from a bean pole

Good Morning - I am getting a snow day we have gotten over 7 inches of snow now and the wind right now is 41 MPH the drift outside my door is up to my knees so decided to stay home today besides I am still feeling like crap - sore throat not being able to talk this is really the pits - trying to decide if I should see DR again or if they are just going to tell me to let it run its course?????? That is a waste of my money then

DS left Tuesday night to take his friend back home and stay there for a couple of days before coming home so we have the house to ourselves

Oh and today well it is our 21st wedding anniversary and DH won't even get close because he doesn't want to get sick before going on vacation

Well I suppose I will get off here and start getting caught up on some other work - I will check back in later

CC- that is a great compliment coming from a "young/male/beanpole". Usually they are clueless as to what a REAL woman should look like. I would take that one.

Well..... (drum roll)....... we got snow! Only 1/2 to 1 inch..... but since we don't have patients today we are calling it a snow day. The thing is, the roads look clear, but they are nasty in spots and people don't have enough sense to slow down. DH has been working wrecks one right after the other. DS #1 who dispatches at the jail said that they are having 911 calls like crazy b/c people are going too fast and going off in the ditch. I wanted to go to boot camp, but I am not. I just did some of the BL cardio max. I am going to clean like a mad woman today (DH has allergies so I am going to dust the ceiling fans and things I can't do when he is here). I think I can make it to WM, so I am going to get tomato sauce and turn that 15 bean soup into chili. The boys will never know (lol).

I found out DS's deployment schedule. He is leaving April 2 (I think) to go to Indianna to train, he gets to come home in early June, before he leaves for Kosovo. I am very proud of him..... but I will worry about him. I knew this was possible when he signed up.

Well, my boiled egg is done. I am going to eat it and go to WM. Y'all have a good day. I may check in when I take a break.

Tammy, I saw on the weather map that you guys got snow!! be careful of everyone else , as you said they don't slow down if they're not used to it.

I usually NEVER do anything 'home decorating'-ish because we have crap old furniture, mis-matched stuff, and DH's clutter just makes it impossible. But I did do a 'window treatment' for the window on my side of the bedroom. First i thoroughly vacuumed and dusted my side; then took down these cruddy old cafe curtains; bought 2 sheer panels of a dusty rose color and a long white scarf...draped the scarf over the top like I see in pics, then put a string of white mini lights all around.

It looks SO pretty!! Now if you would look at our bedroom, you'd see my side, tidy and pretty...and his side - omg what a disaster. I did clean up his side completely a few years ago, and he didn't say a word, so never again. I am just really in a cleaning up/throwing out mood (those 4 garbage bags of clutter/junk were the beginning!) and will tackle a bookcase next.

I am now up to almost 200 pieces of dessert for the raffle tomorrow, almost there

gotta run and pay a couple bills before getting ready for work..ugh.going back after your days off is hard. Have a nice day

Holly, I agree that going back after being off is hard. We had a snow day yesterday and I cleaned like crazy. I did not get to the ebay stuff...... but boy did I clean. I did spring cleaning in January. It was funny though. Everytime DH got in the area of our house he would stop in. NEVER failed, I was on the computer. I took 3 breaks, each time he came in and caught me.
I know what you mean about DH side of the room being a disaster. Mine is tidy (btw, I have dusty rose panels too. I have an ivory panel in between them-- shows you great minds think alike).

You have worked your butt off here lately with desserts and food..... girl, I would be the size of the house if I did that. Lol.

CC: How are you and your foot today? I heard that your weather may get down to a wind chill of like 40 below! Dang. We are at a wind chill of 0. They say we are 40 degrees below our average. I feel it!
And, Happy Belated Anniversary! 21 years is a long time!

Boot camp was closed again today, but I guess the house work paid off.... today was my weigh day and I got to move the ticker 3 pounds over! Yay! I was very careful in my eating yesterday.

Well, I am going to get busy. Today is a 1/2 day. Schools are out here so when I get home I will see if I can entertain Zeke somehow.... lol. Talk to you guys later.

Went back to see DR yesterday and I have bronchitis so they gave me a
zpac and some cough medicine with codiene she also rechecked my foot and there is still a little swelling but nothing like a week ago and now it is all bruised up and still hurts so taking naperson for that as well as try to stay off it as much as possible

Well our high temps yesterday -8 yes for our high- Oh where is our spring at ??? Please come soon

Well I think I am going to go lay back down for a bit this crap is kicking my butt

Good Morning well still not feeling the greatest thought I was feeling better late yesterday then last night couldn't quit coughing again even with taking the cough syrup - I swear my throat has to be bleeding it hurts and feels really raw

good morning! well this is weird...I DID post here last night!! like around 10:30, but I commented and gave you sympathy Reda on your bronchitis, and foot, and cold weather, and having to do the boss thing..and I said Hi to Tammy..and spoke of our Raffle...weird. Anyway, hi and I need to wake up a bit more. Oh yeah a nice thing of having our older son here, is that I can borrow his Biggest Loser cardio DVD again and I will do it soon.

CC, sorry you are having to be a supervisor today. I hated that! But, black and white is black and white.... and when you have been warned (the employee) you have no one to blame but yourself..... that is how I got through it. I hope you are feeling better.

DS #1 paid back the $ he borrowed, just in time. We went to Bass Pro yesterday in Springfield MO and I got........ are you ready....... $160 in shorts for $10.74; brand new-- North Face, Columbia, and another brand. They were $2.50 each. I was so excited! I love bargins. The thing is.... they had NONE in my former size, but plenty in my new size. I love it!

I went to BC this AM and it was even more packed than last week. They had a biggest loser contest start and it was NUTS! There were cars everywhere! But, I did my work out and I made it through it.

Our snow and ice are gone (thank goodness).

I just posted on a thread of a new biker chick. She posted as new fat biker chick. She wants to fit in a motorcycle jacket. I invited her here.....

Well, I have to get busy. DH is sick. I am VERY tired, our front girl called in today, so I did her job and ran back and forth to do some of my stuff so I would not be so far behind..... and I could walk on the treadmill desk. I want these last pound GONE! Oh, CC, thanks for noticing I am 7 pounds away! I am sooo ready!.
