hey michele, i am on the QLP1 i started in novemeber on the QLP2 and they brought me down a few months ago, but i get an extra protien cuz i have a very physical job and my body needed it, i was getting really shaky and tired without a orotein at each meal, yah cream isnt in the guide but i wasnt getting any fats in for the longest time becuz i dont cook with oil and the ppl told me if i put in a cream i could count it, but again i think im gunna stop becuz its bad fat unlike olive oil which would be a healthier fat ect ect lol. i usually do the 2 milk 1 sweetner aswell or i opt for tea.
so like i said i started the program in November at 23o lbs and am not down to 189, and iv lost over 40 inches...what about you?
