Another challenge sounds awesome!

Hope everyone's week is going well.

I finally managed to go to the gym tonight after night class. Yay! Was always told not to exercise in the evening 'cause it apparently may interfere with your sleep. Guess I'll see how it goes as I don't really have another time to go on the days I have night class.

Best of luck on your Wednesday planning! I'm having a bbq with some friends after work. Now I just have to decide whether I want chicken or steak hmmmm...

You can have a hamburger... you just have to plan your day for it. Lean ground beef is acceptable. BBQ some fresh veggies with it and you are golden. Just measure, measure, measure!

I am discouraged. I have been off work for 2 months with my back and I am tired of it. Yes I am losing weight ... slowly... but I want to be more successful. I want to be active but I can't. Even a simple walk somedays is enough to push me over the edge painwise. I want to do yoga again, aerobics, anything quite frankly.. Add this frustration to my PMS and you can tell I am a real joy to be around ... UGH! On the bright side of things... I weighed myself on the wii fit after brekkie and lots of water and was down 1.3lbs. I usually weigh pre-brekkie and without much fluidwise in me. So I guess I can't complain...

Anyone on L-Gluts? What an amazing product! I do not crave carbs and sweets... just like they said! Perhaps I should believe in the program a little more....

Not on anything but the basics.. Cal6, WM 2000 and Chrom.

Just got switched to a new plan this past week so now I'm on the same portions as you, Meme. Kinda wish they would have started me on it so that I'm not missing portions now haha.

I know how you feel about lack of exercise. Although I am able to exercise, everything has to be low impact because my hip joints can't take the intensity. Hopefully this changes as the weight comes off!

Ask your center. I can tell you it works! But like everything... it costs.

L-Glutabolic™ Forte

L-Glutabolic Forte boosts immune system functioning, energy expenditure, and intestinal function. It supports the immune system, aids in the healing of gastrointestinal ailments, and can reduce carbohydrate cravings.

There was one night this week I was starved... but I was having the opposite problem of my previous elimination problem which resulted in losing a whole lot of food and nutrients from my system without digesting any of it. Yuck. But other than that ... even with my brutal PMS I don't crave all of that good stuff us women normally crave around TOM.

I decided to keep the hamburgers for Friday night instead with some Sweet Potatoe French Fries

Last night, I had a chicken quesidilla instead...it was good. Today, I have a chicken wrap for lunch. Tonight is Steak on the Bbq with some Sweet Potatoes and other veggies. Hmmm it'll be good

Meme: Thanks for the info about L-Glut. I think I'll stand away. I prefer to control it by myself cause you simply can't live on pills all your life. At some point, we need to take responsability for our actions and decide what we want... a nice, healthy body or food... Which is more pleasurable?

We've been so USED to pleasuring ourselves with food... that's why you CRAVE... you CRAVE cause it was bringing you a comfort...and yes, there's also a part that physiological...and the pills might help.

So WI & Measurements for me yesterday... I lost 0.4 pounds since Monday and lost 4.5 inches this week for a total of 10.25 inches. Pretty happy!!

Hey ladies just wanted to check in, i havent posted for a while so thought I would say hi. I went to WI for the first time since last thurs. I was only down about .8 but i was totally expecting a gain, this weekend was a runaway. Half because i was busy and didnt get even half my food in or half my water in most days and what i did eat was the convenient foods TOTALLY not OP. So i guess all things considered it was decent. Always glad when it doesnt go up right?! Aside from that not much new to report. My dress for the wedding i am in the summer is in, and im going to pick it up this weekend, kinda excited to see if its too big now

Lady: I am glad someone is noticing all of your hard work! That feels good! Give those L-Gluts a try for a few weeks and I am sure you will feel the difference. I am actively searching for a cheaper alternative from a health food store sometime soon just to keep the cost down. But I am a believer... and trust me... that doesn't come easily. I am a total sceptic about these things.

Chantal: I agree 100%! Normally I wouldn't even think about something that controls cravings but with my current situation (ie. unable to work for an indefinate amount of time and stuck at home unable to do anything but lie around due to my injury) I welcome little helps when I can get them. Trust me.. the second I am able to get moving again I will be and that will eliminate my desire to have L-Gluts and CLA as part of my regime. Although during TOM I think it is nice to have a little something to help you not give in to irrational food choices. Whatever works right and is a healthy choice right?

UFF: Your dress is totally not going to fit! That is a wonderful feeling. I have my wedding dress in my closet from January. I told my hubby that in order to get my money's worth that I have to wear it regularly... perhaps someday soon I will keep my word and put it on for kicks. It feels great to have clothes 'not fit' in a good way. I am in a pair of jeans now that I haven't been able to wear comfortable in several months. And they look good too! YAY!

hey guys!! so this L-Glut product sounds awsome lemme know if u find an equivalent cheaper tho, i have a problem buying alternative supplements from hm, just so pricey, they have cla for 15% off right now and its still $15 more than i pay at walmart!! i cant justify it lol, only thing i cant live without is my ultradetox, i take 4 a day and have been for the past..2ish weeks..now i cant live without them lol

anyways i ha my first weigh in in 2 weeks today, down 4 pounds, but really down 2 all month cuz i kept gaining and losing the same 4 pounds for a while,so its good to finally push past that!
yesterday my future mother inlaw saw me in my pj's and said she didnt think i was going to fit into my wedding dress that i ordered, lol that felt awsome, but im also a little scared that that may be true!! lol
anyways hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine, if u have it where u live, and if you dont..naa naa nana nanaa naaa lol
xoxo

Great work on your success at overcoming a rough month bride! And good luck finding someone for alterations UFF! I too have a bridesmaid dress that just came in a few weeks ago. Should probably go and pick it up and see how the fit is now compared to later... My friend's wedding is July 18th.

Bride: Which brand of CLA do you get from Walmart and how are they working?

One of my friends that used to work at U weight loss says that some of the brands of "no-name" supplements will barely work due to a poor absorption rate... did anyone find this with any non-name brand products? I'm willing to spend some $ to help myself out, but don't wanna break the bank!

Weigh in again on Sat. Guess I'll see if the new portions made any difference.

Any feedback on what to do on the days you know you're going to have cheats? Have a few socials coming up that I know I will be having drinks at... just not sure whether to cut back during the day or just add the booze on top of my regular daily food. Ideas?
