Hi Ladies,

I missed you all yesterday. I had an intense workout last night. I did my 20/20/20 class and then did a hour Zumba class. That is going to be my routine on Tuesday's now. I will admit that I was pretty proud of myself for being able to do 2- 1 hr classes.

Just got back from Zumba lunch time workout. I'm about to go eat a Panera veggie sandwich...they had leftovers from a meeting. Yummy!

So, who watched BL last night? I cried like a baby when Ron finished that marathon. He has been my least favorite person but I was still very happy for him.

Mindy: Glad to see you are back to logging everything. I know you want that scale to show a bigger loss number but hey, just think, even the BL contestants lost 7-10 lbs in a month when they went home and they were working out like crazy. It's very hard to put up those big weekly/monthly numbers when you are living a normal life. You just keep doing what you are doing and it will continue to come off.

Kelly: How are you doing? How cool that you and Mindy are going to do a 5K in June.

Ward: Tell us what you are up too! I miss hearing about your gym time. Remember, you are what I'm inspiring to be!

Kelly530 05-06-2009 07:14 PM

Hi all! I am doing well so far this week. I have stayed in my calorie limit three days in a row now, and it is probably a fluke, but I am down 3 pounds as well. I know that can change in an instant, so I am going to continue working hard to keep it off. Mindy and I went walking/jogging through the neighborhood that wraps around our school today. That was interesting. It was very weird seeing kids outside playing while we were jogging. I guess working out in the school building just feels more private and I am a little more confident. I know I definitely need to build up some endurance in the jogging department. I feel like such a panty waste. But, it is an area I know I need to improve, and I can work on it.

Susie--Wow! 2 hour long classes on the same day!? You are a rock star!

Ward--Hope things are going well.

Mindy--I am keeping my fingers crossed that TOM melts away a few pounds. Let's hope this month the 180's stay in sight and the 190's go away forever.

Have a great night!

mtiger 05-06-2009 07:16 PM

Well girls the heat is on. Kelly and I are in "official" training. Sometimes we use the same brain. Last night I was thinking what we should do to get her up and ready for the 5K. When I started sharing my ideas with her, she was already on the same wave length.

We are working on going further distances in one stretch. One day a week we'll do some strength, for a "break". We've got our plan in place. TOM has arrived, like HELLO. My back is killing me. The scale was down from yesterday, to 191.6. I need to get solidly in the 180's.

Susie- Sounds like you have your plans in place also. Having a plan is half the battle. Sticking to it is the other half. Tomorrow is your weigh-in. Good luck.

Kelly- Remember. Once around is the goal for tomorrow.

WardHog 05-06-2009 07:19 PM

Susie! Back to back classes? you rock!

Kelly, I am glad you're getting back into it. Boy, do I wish I could lose 3 pounds in three days. I have been on plan for 22 straight days and I haven't lost 3 pounds!

Mindy, say bye bye to those 190s! How exciting!

My two hour workout kicked my butt today. I am not sure what I'll be able to do tomorrow; I am registering my baby for kindergarten. How did he get to be 5 already?

MyChoice2bfit 05-07-2009 04:01 PM

Hi,

I'm about an hour away from my weigh-in. It feels huge. I need those scales to go down every week--it's for my state of mind.

I will say that I am happy with myself and the effort I have put forth this week. So, I hope that it all shows at the scales.

I was planning on doing kickboxing today at lunch time but I was in a meeting that ran long, so I did 30 min on the eliptical doing the interval course and then 30 on the bike. That was my "last chance workout" for today.

Ward: You are the WOMAN of the 2 hr workouts. Even though the scales are moving for you like you want them to (and I think it's because you are so close to your goal weight) don't you feel great being on plan?

Mindy & Kelly: How great that you can train together! Keep it up ladies!

mtiger 05-07-2009 09:09 PM

I gotta tell you how proud I am of Kelly. We did 3 miles tonight, which included a lot of jogging. She felt like she was dying, but she was a trooper and kept going. Give her a big WOOT WOOT!!!

Look at all of us will ya. We are really the workout queens. You 2 are doing 2 hour workouts, Kelly and I are running. I mean really!! Just look at us. We have a lot to be proud of.

Susie- Sending my best wishes your way for your weigh-in. I know you will lose something. Mine come up tomorrow. I was 191 today, so hoping for 190 something tomorrow.

MyChoice2bfit 05-08-2009 12:34 PM

Feeling disappointed today about my weigh-in. I had a .25 lb gain. I have NO idea why.

It's really hard sometimes to stay on plan when those types of things happen, but I will because I know there will be times like this.

I'm glad I didn't plan to workout today. My heart wouldn't have been in to it.
I just need the break today--and a break doesn't mean to eat everything in site, it just means to lay low about it all today and regroup.

Mindy: I hope the scales are kind to you today.

Kelly: Giving you a big WOOT WOOT!!!

Ward: Did you get your baby registered for kindergarden?

mtiger 05-08-2009 10:27 PM

Susie- I am with you in the disappointment arena. I thought I would be lower today, but nope. I was up .4. I just keep going from 190-192. What is going on here? I'm wondering if it isn't the fact that all I did this week was walk and jog. Hang in there. You know as well as I do that it will come off eventually.

Tonight I did Jillian's cardio DVD for about 40 min. I am dripping wet. Let's see if that does anything positive.

Kelly- Don't forget to get in a least one workout this weekend.

Ward- We don't need to worry about you getting to the gym.

MyChoice2bfit 05-09-2009 08:07 PM

Kelly: Sorry those scales gave you fits too!

I've been dealing with a migrine all day. I can't wait to go to sleep tonight and hopefully wake up tomorrow without it!

I haven't done much of anything all day because of this headache. I actually started yesterday afternoon. I took medicine as soon as I felt it but it still kept coming on. I don't get these too often thank goodness!

It usually take 2 days for me to get back to normal. So, I"m taking it easy today and will most likely do the same tomorrow. Then it's back to workouts on Monday.

Talk to all of you tomorrow.

mtiger 05-09-2009 09:49 PM

Couldn't get my 5 mile walk/jog in today due to rain. Once it had stopped I had a birthday party to go to. I will do it tomorrow though. The scale is just not moving this week andI really don't know why. It is getting really depressing.

mtiger 05-10-2009 05:33 PM

Okay!! 5miles is officially a LONG way!!! Yep, I did it. Took me 1 hour 4 min. That's an average of 12.8 min/mile. Not too bad. i did it quicker than I thought I would. My butt hurts. Gotta say I am pretty pleased. Now if only my scale would respond in kind.

Hope you all are having a good weekend. Kelly, hope you got a workout in this weekend.

MyChoice2bfit 05-10-2009 08:35 PM

Mindy: Look at you! 5 miles...and that's a good pace you were moving at too. You deserve for those number at the scales to move down!

I have been horrible to myself this weekend. Eating whatever, not exercising..sort of had a little pity party for myself. So, now I'm afraid that the scales will be up big time on Thursday. I hope that I can turn it around this week and at least not have a gain.

I'm ready to get back into my routine tomorrow.

Ward and Kelly: Looking forward to your posts.

Kelly530 05-10-2009 08:48 PM

Hi all!

Mindy--I just want you to know, I did get in a workout today. I did 2 miles in my neighborhood this morning. It felt like it was about 30 degrees outside, and my lungs were burning after all the cold air. I did it in about 30 minutes. I walked and jogged in shorter intervals, like I walked a block, jogged a block, and that kept me going. I realized how intensely I dislike running :D. But, I will try to put a smile on my face and keep at it.

Susie--I am sorry to hear about that small gain the other day. I guess it could have been worse. Just get back on track tomorrow, and keep up your hard work. How many calories are you eating in a day? I wonder if these two hour workouts you have been doing are making your body need more fuel? Just a thought.

Ward--Hope all is well and on plan!

mtiger 05-11-2009 07:57 PM

:( :?: :( :?: okay i am officially confused and upset. I busted my arse Friday, Sat. and Sunday. You would think I could lose something. This is my good week to lose. But, H*** NO!!! I have been 191 something for at least a week now. What have I got to do???

Today I ran a mile in 11 min. then I did a about 8 min. on stationary bike and then 24 min. of Jillian's kickboxing. I'm about to throw in the weight loss towel. Maybe I should just concentrate on the running for the 5k and forget about the rest of it. I really don't know what else to do. Help!!!

Hope you are all having better results than me. Kelly- Glad to hear you got a couple of miles in. Outside running is way different. Susie- Just keep plugging away.

MyChoice2bfit 05-12-2009 10:14 AM

Ladies,

I was in a BAD place yesterday--actually it has been building since Thursday nights weigh-in (I think we have all been dealing with these mini struggles). I took the day off from working out and just sort of rested. I also jounaled and while I'm not as strong as I would like to be, I am getting back up on my horse and ready to continue working toward my weight-loss goals.

I will do my workouts tonight and I have a healthy, fullfilling lunch packed for today.

You know, it's hard to admit when I get in these funks but I'm glad I can do it with you guys and that I will get your understand, support and your cheering for when I'm back in the game.

You all are wonderful!

Mindy: Hang in there. You will figure it out. Maybe right now, just concentrate on all you have accomplished. At sometime we will be in maintence maybe right now is a mini-time for you to practice it.

Kelly: You are a sport for trying the running and not giving up on it yet.

Ward: Please come back..we miss you!!!

WardHog 05-12-2009 10:58 AM

Hang in there, you guys. We all have these frustrating times, but you only fail if you quit trying!

I didn't have a good week-end foodwise, but I plan to make better choices today. Workouts have been good.

mtiger 05-13-2009 07:45 PM

Okay, I should just bang my head against the wall and get it over with. Talking to Kelly today about my current struggles. I mentioned that maybe I was not eating enough, again. She asked how much and I had to tell her around 1200 calories/day. Well, usually under a bit. I know I need to eat. It just gets away from me by the end of the day and I refuse to eat at 9 at night.

I am going to try and hit at least 1400 a day and see what happens. I am scared of gaining, but we'll see what happens. I just ate 660 calories of pizza, so let's see what that does.

Susie- Good for you for sticking with it, or getting back with it. You keep your positive attitude going. Hey, tomorrow is Thursday. Are you doing a last chance workout???

Ward- Thank you for being the voice of reason and experience around here. I was ready to quit, or take a break. But you are right. Never quit!!! thanks.

Kelly- Glad your foot stopped hurting enough so we could walk/jog tonight. Good for us!!!

MyChoice2bfit 05-14-2009 10:42 PM

I knew that I would have a gain tonight. It was a 2.25 lb gain. I got it under control my Tuesday but I had done a lot of damage and I wasn't doing my regular workouts. I do think my body is happy for the break of the workouts but it's ready for it again.

So, this week, I'm going to keep track of my calories..along with my food. It's time to really see how much I"m eating and what is my range that I lose weight in. It used to be 1500-17000 so that's what I'm going to use as my goal for each day. I do think that the previous week I wasn't eating enough. It's funny how really working out hard can take away your appetitie. That was happening with me. It was a great feeling but I have to remember to give my body something to burn. It's all about balance I truly believe.

Ward: You said it..thanks for reminding us to not give up!
Kelly: You seem to be the one of us who get's the food part...impart your wisdom and direction to us.
Mindy: Let's make a pack to get this food thing right this week and see what they scales show us this time next week.

I'm off to bed. Talk to you tomrrow.

mtiger 05-15-2009 05:14 PM

Susie- I am trying to get it right. Really, I am. I was over 1300 yesterday, trying to get there again today. I didn't lose a thing this month after TOM and now it is time for my lovely mid-cycle gain. I can only imagine what will happen this month. I am going to eat good stuff and get to that 1400 everyday and hope for the best.

Kelly and Ward- Eat healthy, move some and have a great weekend.

MyChoice2bfit 05-16-2009 12:40 PM

Hi,

I'm having a busy Saturday. I got up at 8:00 a.m. very nice to sleep in for a little bit. Had some breakfast and then started cleaning the house. I still have to do my floors but everything is put away, dusted and wiped down. I was moving constantly for about 2 hours. When my trainer gave me my workout schedule there are days that I"m to move at different perception levels so that 2 hours was at a 2. I wasn't counting this type of thing of exercise but I see now that it all goes together.

I did very well with my food yesterday. I was at 15787 for the day. Friday is one of my days off form exercise.

I have a wedding to attend this afternoon. It's going to be a fun one and I'm looking forward to the dancing. This group of people like to dance and so do I. I remember when I was single and I was thin...I went dancing every weekend and I didn't really worry about exercising. Dancing was my exercise.

Mindy: It looks like you did well with your calories yesterday. Just as we can't cut back and change our eating habits overnight we can't make other changes overnight as well. So you had a goal to be 1300+ and you made that. Keep working on it. As you add those extra calories be sure that it's tasty, filling and good for you! This is all about being good for us. You know as well as I do that when you eat well, you feel well.

Kelly: What are you up to this weekend? Are you still trying to run? How's it going? How's it feeling?

Ward: Saw your post on FB. Keep staying on plan. Come see us..we miss you!

mtiger 05-16-2009 08:23 PM

Go figure. Yesterday was weigh-in and I was up to 191.4. Same ole place I've been hanging out. Today I was 189.4, down 2 whole pounds. Around noon I hopped on and got 188.8. I seriously can't figure this out. No telling what tomorrow will hold.

My DD BFF is here today and wanted to workout. We went grocery shopping first then came home and ran 2 miles. She is 23, former ROTC in college, 45 pounds lighter than me, and was only a minute ahead of me. Pretty good.

Kelly- Hope you had fun at the parade. It was kind of icky weather. Hope you survived.

Susie- Good jog with your eating as well. i know I am low today due to the time spent shopping. I will have to have a large dinner. Have fun at the wedding dancing some pounds away.

WardHog 05-16-2009 08:53 PM

I need a do-over for last week. Seriously. I am starting over tomorrow, but right now I have had about 5 margaritas. Party on, dudes! LOL

mtiger 05-17-2009 04:39 PM

this weekend got crazy busy running around and doing stuff. I finally have a few hours to get some things done. I am ecstatic to report seeing 189.4 two days in a row now. If I can just keep it up.

Ward- Wish I could join you with the drinks. Sounds like you're having a good time. We'll see you on the serious side of things Monday.

MyChoice2bfit 05-17-2009 08:24 PM

Hi,

I had a great time at the wedding and I think I danced away the extra calories that I might have had in the 2 glasses of wine that I had.

I'm back to my regular workouts starting tomorrow and I'm looking forward to the routine.

Ward: Sounds like you have been having fun! Are you back on plan?

Mindy: I'm glad that the scales are showing you numbers you like. Great job on that run!

Kelly530 05-17-2009 09:53 PM

Tomorrow....must....be....on....plan.....:( It has been a hellacious couple of weeks for me. I don't think I ate dinner at home one single night in the last seven days. This next week has GOT to be better. At least I am maintaining. How, I don't know, but thank God. The jogging has been going OK, even though I somehow injured the side of my foot. Every time I come down on it I feel like I am stepping on knives. When I walk, I limp. I don't know what happened, but I am trying to work through it. No time to work out today, went out of town to my mom's house. I did mow the lawn before we left this morning, so I guess that counts for something. My daughter's hockey and soccer teams marched in our city's 150th birthday parade yesterday. It was lots of fun....once it got started. We stood in one spot for over 3 hours waiting for the parade to start  I was not a happy camper. Anyway, I am glad to see others are ready to start the week with renewed energy, just as I am.

Mindy--I am so glad you are finally seeing a loss. I hope it has something to do with the increased calories. If not, who the h**l knows! I am also glad to hear that the BFF only took you by 1 minute. Next time, you'll just have to pick it up a little and whoop her butt.

Susie and Ward-- Although alcohol isn't in anyone's weight loss plan, I am glad you girls are living your lives and getting back on track when the fun is over. We must all remember to keep balance in our lives, and fun can't leave!!

Keep up the good work girls!

MyChoice2bfit 05-18-2009 02:12 PM

Hi Ladies,

It's great to see everyone made it here over the weekend--let's keep it up this week!

I did my Power Pump workout at lunch today. It felt great! Well,,,if you can call every muscle in my body was shaking by the time I was done great..then it was! LOL

I think what feels great is that I feel more in control and ready to work hard at this again.

Kelly: Welcome back. Life can get busy--I'm glad that you maintained over that period of time. I think that when those times come and we just practice maintenance it's a good thing..I mean at some point it's what we will have to do everyday.

Ward and Mindy: Looking forward to hearing from all of you.

See you tomorrow.

mtiger 05-18-2009 07:19 PM

I was 189 even today. that's a little better, at least it went down a bit. Kelly couldn't workout today so I came home and did some yard work. Just ate dinner, now I need to workout. Just letting food digest for a minute while I post.

Susie- Good job on the workout. Keep it up and you will be shrinking like crazy.

Kelly- hope you get to do some type of workout tonight. See ya tomorrow.

WardHog 05-19-2009 01:15 PM

Hi guys! Kelly, great job maintaining through the challenges.

Susie, you are becoming an athlete, girl!

Mindy, the numbers just keep going down, down, down!

I survived my son's pre-school graduation today with just a couple of tears. I knew I wouldn't make this morning's spin class, so I went for a treadmill run early, 6.2 miles in 54 minutes. I also managed to avoid the delicious looking cake they were serving after the program. Today is my high calorie day, so I think I'll make it on plan. My daughter's last day of school is tomorrow, and then I need to figure out what my gym schedule will be this summer.

See you guys tomorrow - keep up the good work!

mtiger 05-19-2009 06:53 PM

Bummer!! Back at 191 today. I did strength last night and it is truly my mid-cycle time. God only knows what will happen next. Kelly and I did some walking and jogging tonight. My arms are killing me from yesterday. the weed whacker and jillian's workout. OUCH!!!

Ward- I am so jeolous. Your kids are out of school. I wanna be out. PLEASE!!! Good luck working out during the summer. I know that is a concern of Kelly's.

Susie- Keep working it girl.

Kelly- Good workout!!!:carrot:

WardHog 05-20-2009 07:49 AM

Here's a picture of my graduate ...

http://im1.shutterfly.com/media/47b9...D550/ry%3D400/

MyChoice2bfit 05-20-2009 09:05 AM

Hi Ladies,

I'm doing well this week with food and workouts. Feeling good about myself. I must remember this even when the scales don't give me the numbers I like. I am hoping for a good loss tomorrow but who knows what they will say!

I am trying a new class tonight: Belly dancing. I'm not sure what I'm going to think about it. I'm going in with a open mind. I have Zumba today at lunch then the belly dancing class tonight and then Yoga. I won't get home until 8:30 p.m.!

Ward: Good job for avoiding the cake. My nieces pre-school graduation was last night too and they had cookies afterwards...I did not have one! I was thinking of all of you here and it made it easier to skip them.

Mindy: Aren't the scales just crazy! I bet your arms are looking amazing in those tank tops! Keep it up.

Kelly: How are you doing with being on plan this week?

Ok..I must get to work. See you all tomorrow.

mtiger 05-20-2009 07:36 PM

Ward- how cute!!! We used to do a kindergarten "graduation" at our school, but not any more. Kind of sad.

Susie- How you had fun at the belly dancing class. Sounds like fun. good job on avoiding the cookies.

Kelly and I did some HIIT tonight. That was different. It was kind of fun to see how hard we could push ourselves and just how fast we could run. I am taking tomorrow off.... mental health day. On Friday Kelly and I will do a 5k.
My scale was down to 189.2 today....again. Can I see a lower number now please???

MyChoice2bfit 05-21-2009 01:35 PM

I LOVED belly dancing. It's not so much of a workout now..learning the funmentals but we did do a little bit of dancing at the end. It's going to be a good thing to round out my workouts.

Those dang scales better be down tonight!:club:

Mindy & Kelly: Look at the two of you...a 5K! I'm so proud to know you gals!

Ward: What sort of workouts did you do today? How's the food looking?

Ok..got to run..busy, busy at work.

See you tomorrow.

Kelly530 05-21-2009 08:01 PM

So, although I am maintaining, I can tell the difference since Mindy and I haven't been doing DVD's. I feel like I have the biggest, most noticeable fat roll... which was going away before. After this 5K I am going to have to get back on the DVD's. I felt so much more toned than when we're just doing the running stuff. Tomorrow, Mindy and I have planned a "mock" 5K. We are going to see how fast we can do it. Mindy--make sure you have your pedometer tomorrow! I am on plan with my eating today, finally. I told my husband he couldn't leave my side tonight, that way I wouldn't find my way into the pantry.

Mindy--Congrats on the new purchases. I liked the HIIT stuff we did the other day. It really made the time go fast! I like it a lot better than jogging for distance!:faint:

Susie--Belly dancing! You go girl! I am a sucky dancer, so good for you for having the coordination to make it through the class!

Ward--Hope everything is going well. Your son's picture is so cute! He looks very grown up!

Have a great night girls!

mtiger 05-21-2009 10:00 PM

Kelly- How funny. you and I are so different when it comes to working out and losing weight. I didn't think the HIIT did squat and I feel like i get a much better workout running for distance. "I" am feeling great with the running, but of course I have thrown in some DVD work on the weekends also. We just have to do a bit of everything and keep it mixed up.

Susie- I know tonight is weigh-in. Good luck. Glad to hear how much fun you are having in your dance classes.

Ward- I'm sure you're cranking it at the gym. hope to hear from you soon.

I went shopping for capris today. I got 4 pair, jean, khaki?, black and a white pair. OMG!! And here's the "real" kicker. the whit ones are a size 12. that's unbeleivable. 189 today, looking for that elusive 188.

MyChoice2bfit 05-22-2009 12:23 PM

YES! The scales went downlast night! 3.75 lbs. This is the lowesr weight I ave been at for 3 years! I so want to loose 3 for next Thursday---so I can hit my 15 lb mark! I CAN & WILL do it!

Kelly: I don't know that I'm very coordinated. I was on dance team and cheer team in HS, but Zumba and Belly Dancing are very different than the dance stuff I did then. But it's all so much fun! I can't wait to hear how the mock 5k run goes! Just look at you!

Mindy: Size 12 pants? That's my goal!!! I think all the exercise helps us to fit in smaller clothes. I have a friend who weighs what you weigh but she wears a 16 so the exercise does make a difference.

Ward: We miss you!!

I'll be around this weekend so I hope you will be joining me on the boards this weekend too!

WardHog 05-22-2009 04:50 PM

So how did the 5k go? I am sure you guys rocked it.

size 12, Mindy? Awesome!

Susie, congratulations on the big loss! Keep up the good work!

I am on day 6 on plan, after a long break. Exercise is good - I am going to try to keep to as close to two hours a day as possible during the summer. The gym childcare has a two hour limit, so I'll have to cut back a little. I am snacking on cherries right now - they were kind of expensive, but they are so good.

See you tomorrow.

mtiger 05-22-2009 08:19 PM

Susie- I am so happy for you. you are doing great. That is a big loss. :carrot: All that work is paying off. Keep it up and you should see another loss next week.

Ward- Summer always seems harder for some reason. For some it is kids at home, for me it is lots of down time. Not getting up and going to work everyday messes things up. Kelly and I have toyed with the idea of joining a gym for the summer. that way she would have daycare and we would have no exuse not to get together and workout.

We did not get our 5k done today. We blabbed too long and she ran out of time. Kelly did the first mile with me. I went on and ran 1 more, for 2 total. My scale showed 188.6 today. There is a numbe I have not seen yet.

Once again my body is doing something weird. Just when i think I have it figured out.....BAM! I did not lose big after TOM, I have just inched down a little . But, there has also been no mid-cycle gain either. Go figure. i just hope I can inch down a little more.

MyChoice2bfit 05-23-2009 10:35 AM

The weekend is going to be so nice here in Ohio--it feels like summer and that just wants me to work all that much harder and eat healthy and well..I want to feel good and look good and enjoy every day of the summer!

I'm about to get busy on cleaning the house...it's in pretty good shape so it won't take me to long today. My DH and I are going to see The Terminator movie this afternoon and then meeting my boss and his wife for dinner.

We have a cookout planned for tomorrow and I need to go put flowers on my daddy's grave and my grandmothers and aunt, also my mother-in-laws.

After out cookout tomorrow I'm going to see if I can't get people to go on a walk with me to walk that food off. I'm going with or without them!

Mindy and Kelly: So what if you didn't finish the 5K. you did something and that counts! keep practicing. I think the idea of joining a gym for the summer would be a great investment in yourselfs!

Ward: You are worth whatever those cherries cost..so enjoy them! One time at my TOPS meeting someone gave a program on fruits and they were talking about how we think that paying $1.99 for a cantaloupe seems a bit expensive but we don't think anything of paying $1.99 for a dozen glazed doughnuts! I thought how true and decided right there and then I would never feel that way about paying for something that I could enjoy and it would be good for me.

Ok..got to get busy. I'll see you all tomorrow. Stay stong, control is our goal...we are doing this!

Okay, so i don't understand how this happens. After seeing such a nice low number yesterday, how do I go up 2 pounds in a day??? I don't get it. I did 2 miles, at about 1400 calories. WTH???

Today I have been outside a good deal of the day. Working on putting in flowers around 2 trees. That turned out to be a much bigger project. The circles needed to be bigger, I had to take out mulch, put in compost, then plants, then re-mulch. You get the picture.

Susie- Sounds like a nice relaxing day planned. Have fun.
