Judy, hopefully your trip iritations are gone. DH and DD flew through Dallas, had a long layover, the hotel never sent their shuttle... they HATE dallas airport.
You definitely have their synpathies.Coach, welcome to this thread. Cravings are all handled individually. I can't stand most diet food and know I will never stay healthy if I don't have what I like. Basically I had to choose between taste and large portions. I chose taste. I'm now used to small portions even though my brain always wants more. Good luck finding what works for you. I took more than half my life to figure out what works for me.

Penny, I read your post, then stared out the window. 300 miles south of you is COLD and RAINY. It has been since last Friday.
Sunday the rain is "supposed" to stop. If nothing else, I'm not missing my pool because of the cast.
And

for 1.5 pound gone!!!I did get the doggies walked this morning during a rain break. I ellipticalled last night at full intensity (of course minus the arm work). Food was at 1460 yesterday. Today I'm munchie but still in the breakfast calorie range. Lots of water until lunch...
Hi to auntie, Kathy and Carol.
Marie

. When I'm focusing, I remind myself of how much I've already eaten, when I'm planning to eat again, and then move around, do something else. I've noticed that I tend to hold my abs in when I'm experiencing a craving, but if I rlax and breath in and out deeply for a few times, it occurs to me that my stomach isn't hungry at all, just my tongue
