It's Saturday morning and I'm at work. Actually, I'm here "stealing" some big paper and the plotter to make signs for the VFW. Shhhh!!!

Weighed in this morning with a ... oh, I can hardly bring myself to say it ... 3.5 lb. GAIN. Guess it wasn't unexpected. But that marked the end of the holiday season. My leader says holidays start at Halloween and end at Easter. So that's it. I'm done. Now it's time to get back on track for real.

Uh... anyone want to join me on this??? I need all the company and help I can get. Peggy, it's time for that challenge! Starts officially TODAY. I'll be checking in next weekend with AT LEAST a 1 lb. loss.

Have to run back to the drafting department and see if I've messed up their big old expensive printer.....

If you don't mind, count me in also. One lb. per week will be hard for me but maybe I need that push. I'm tired of messing around it's time to get serious. Two of my friends have joined L.A. Weight Loss, it's big here right now. They seem to lose weight fast. I can't have them beating me. Let's go girls!!!! CJ how about you too?
