Today was really good. Did exercise 1st thing this morning and got it over with and even did a little more. I also did lots of house work I needed to do to because I actually had the energy to do it. Got my 4 pts today Yay!!!

Jane - Thanks ever so much. Your suggestion of the protein worked and of course I get plenty on SBD. I felt really good today for a change.

I'm 20/24. Pfft!

Trish - food portion control is my downfall, too! Glad the protein is helping. I know I feel a lot more satisfied when I have some at each meal. You're smart to combine the SBD and WW Flex. That should help control carbs. I should try that myself.

Didn't do exercise today... don't do it on Sundays. So I get only 3 today.
Didn't make the 25 pts, but I'm happy with the results. Accountability here really helps.

Jane, I'm using some of the Phase 2 part of SBD because I need the whole grains, but I think it will help regulate carbs as well keep me regular too.

Pat - go to fitday.com and you'll find what you need.

Trish - I should really try the SBD phase 2 myself, to help get away from so many carbs.

Ladies, since Marti is busy and there are so few of us, let's post our goals in the Weight Loss and Chit Chat thread. If that doesn't work out, we could always make a new thread just for the challenge again.
