Ok I was told S/B were surgar blockers. I was going on a houseboat for a week and took them whenever I had margiritas..

Sorry i have not updated in a while.. moving

I am down to 176..so in 3 months 208- 176

191.2 this am bleh!!! I ended up eating a couple TBS of natural peanut buttter around midnight as I was hungry and couldnt sleep Beter than what I wanted to eat I guess. We'll see what they say at my weigh in

I too am dreading weigh in today, had a baby shower this past weekend and too many foods right in front of my face.

It seems like I will do well and then have a huge setback.

grrr my weigh in was 192.2...the hm consultant was disappointed. I was too...but then I know what it was this am so thats what I am going by.

I inquired about the CLA and its $40 something a bottle 1 bottle the first week and then 1 every 2 weeks thereafter. I cant afford that too so I went to Shoppers and got some for $17 so I guess we'll see.

Thanks for all the info on the s/b. I take CLA and seem to have been having good results. You can buy the exact same CLA as herbal magic at Sangster's for double the quantity (90 pills) for 24.99. I thought I would be so good this weekend but I went to a stagette, had a few too many and then had onion rings after the bar......so needless to say I am very worried about WI tomorrow. And to top it all off TOM came today so that will definately not help at all.....grr. I did take s/b's the night of the stagette but I am still very worried about WI cause of tom. I worked out for 2 hours yesterday to try get rid of the onion rings...lol.

The tip on the true lemon.....I totally agree with, it is amazing stuff, I love it in my water so it has the little bit of extra zip. The lime is good and I have seen in ads they have true orange too whcih would be great but it is not available in Saskatchewan yet. Also, I am soooo excited, I am a coffee drinker, big time, and again since it is not available in Saskatchewan anywhere I ordered like 6 cases of the different flavoured splenda packets they sell in the states. I had to pay alot more because of the shipping but it will be so awesome to have flavour in my coffee again!!

Sandy... sorry to hear about your friend

Went in for my wi today after going out to the bar with my friends and my best friend and drank way too much, they hit me hard and fast too.I ate good this week-end except for one meal but wasnt that bad still. I gained .2 Lbs over the weekend, so I came home today, put on my ipod and mowed the lawn.

I have to lose those .2 Lbs and more by Friday's wi. Atleast I reached my first 10 Lb goal and now to the next 10 LBS, I hit that then I'm buying myself 1 new outfit. My first 10 Lbs I really didnt get anything, couldnt think of anything for that one.

Congrats on everyone losing!! Great job!!

Maybe one of these days I will get to 25 posts and get my tickers too, I get busy and cant get in here to post so its gonna take forever.

Well gonna look at other posts and have a good night.

oh ya, is anyone watching The Biggest loser? It's the new one already and it was the second week so 2 have been voted off already. Theres 2 guys I dont like already and they need to be voted off right away, their on the red team.
