Hi guys How is everyone? Sound like u are all doing great!! I have been MIA for over a month from the looks of things! Time has gone so fast. I was soooo busy - had a wedding, my 24 anniversary, my son's 21 bday and my daughters grade 12 graduation --- all in the last month!!! Can you say food everywhere??? My god it has been the toughest 30 days I think I have ever had while trying to lose weight! I did still lose but I did plateau for about 3 weeks where I pretty much stayed the same....and the took away 1 fruit and 1 veggie!!! I think I would die w/o my FE in the evenings...popcorn is my saviour!! I can not live without it.....
I have the newest cookbook and it has some great recipies in it. I have made a few for the family and they loved them....I have a totally awesome desert recipe that makes you feel like you are cheating...
baked apples
you can either leave it whole but cored or slice in a pan
pour on A & W diet rootbeer (1/4-1/2 cup depending on how many apples)
add cinnamon to taste
bake at 350 till apples are tender....
the pop kinda bakes to a syrup almost...they are sooo goood

After reading all the entries I realized I miss everyone and am going to try and be more consistant with my entries....
I am down 20 lbs and 16 1/2 inches....down a size in my pants and shirts....yeah!!!
