Ok that Progress chart is the One that we do weekly for Measurements . I Asked if I could Have mine Once I filled the frist sheet and they dont have a problem giving me it !! I want to see it and Say Wow !!

Gorgeous Christina!!!!

I'm up 0.2 today boooo hooooooooo So my first week at HM is set at 2 pounds weight loss. I was hoping for more though. Seems like I worked so hard this past week :-(

Another week starts tomorrow morning.

Yay Julia.. 17lbs is great.. I always weigh at home too.

Tammy Its nice to have a name I can remember you by.. LOL.. 2lbs loss in one week is a good loss.. They really say that is the best way to do it.. Slow and steady like Julia said.

Christina you look great!!! I can really see a difference in your face especially.

Went to the doctors yesterday for a check and got a clean bill of health. LOL. My blood pressure is down and I can reduce my meds. I love that. Hopefully I can get right off them when I lose more weight.

Weigh in again today so I hope I am down at least some. I feel kinda bloated today but not sure why..

Today is my one week WI. I didn't go yesterday. Feeling a little blue. I have to go today as I do not have enough WM2000 to get through the weekend. When I went on Wed I was down 1.6 in total. So I am hoping to get to the 2lb mark for my first week. I feel like I am giving up so much and suffering so much, for very little results. I know, I know... it's only been a week!
I am trying a lot of new recipes and my family is very willing to try new things, so that helps. I know I am doing the right thing, and I want change more than anything in my life, so I am going to stick to it.

I joined a walking club that meets every Sunday. I am hoping it will get me more excited about walking than my treadmill does.

Looks like everyone is doing great. Tammy, I am proud of you for getting down to 2 lbs on your first week. Don't worry about the competition. She obviously needs to feel better about herself and that is why she is comparing her success to yours. Everyone loses and gains weight differently. Just keep your nose to the grindstone!

Christine, you are an inspiration! Way to go!

Trudy, we share a first name, so I am glad I used a nickname. We would have confused everyone! Way to go! Getting off meds is a wonderful healthy goal. Weight loss is a bonus!

Hi again.. Whooo Hooo I am down 25lbs.. That is a big number for me.. I'm not sure why. I am happy even though its a rainy yucky day here.

gtekkrom So your name is Trudy too.. Isn't that funny.. Its not a very common name.. We can call you something else if you want like Trudy2 or T2 or just by your nickname.. I just have to keep looking back on how to spell it.. LOL>>>>>
I found at first I was kinda frustrated by the foods and the little amounts I was allowed to eat. The foods are not very easy to work around especially eating out I find anyways. I do now, find it easier to figure what I can eat. I guess you just get used to eating the same way and not eat the bad stuff.

I think you are doing great.. And even though its slow going just think, at least you are losing and not gaining..

Today I did my Fri WI and I was down 1/2lb(168.8) From wed . So thats 167.2 for me .... -19lbs total

How weird is this....yesterday I was blue from my 0.2 gain, go in today and BAM! -1.6 Yaye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a difference a day makes LOL

Gtekkrom, hang in there with me girl! We can do this! I find a worked very hard too in this first week and yesterday, felt like ummmmmmmmm well I didn't feel good *smile* and today Wow!.....I'm so glad I stuck to the program to a 'T'!!

I'm actually sad that there is now weigh-in this week-end LOL

Yay Christina and Tammy .. Good losses for the week.

I caved in yesterday and had pizza for supper.. Its my favorite. But had no after dinner snack and no breakfast this morning.. I know I am supposed to eat breakfast but I was feeling guilty from the pizza still and not hungry..
I weighed this morning and was not up but we shall see later on.

Have a great weekend everyone. We have another party to go to, tonight. More booze and such.. Fun though.. Hehe..

Thanks for the inspiration! Feeling much better today! I went in on Friday for my one week WI. +.02 since last visit, down 1.6 overall. I weighed myself before I went over, then I got dressed in my heavy jeans and sweater (damn cold weather) and I was 2 lbs heavier. So I know I am losing!
I had Pizza Friday night as well TrudyF, so don't feel bad. I actually ordered a multi grain, chicken and Brocolli pizza with no cheese. Easy on the sauce. I put my low fat cheese on it when it came and had one slice. I set aside all my starches for the day to have it. My councellor said it wasn't a bad slip. At least I thought it out and didn't just devour a whole cheese pizza. LOL
New day today. Had a huge breakfast! 2 Egg omelett with onions, mushrooms, green peppers, tomoatoes and low fat cheese. Ate half for breakfast with some strawberries and fresh pineapple, and put the rest in a weight watchers tortilla shell and had it for lunch! Very filling! 1 starch, 1 protein, 1/2 veg, one fruit and 1/2 dairy. Not bad for two meals. Now I have saved a good amount for supper again! BBQ chicken with lots of fresh veggies!

TrudyF, you can call me TMo. That's what ppl call me. You are right, gtekkrom is hard to remember! 25Lbs is amazing!!! I can only imagine how proud you must be of yourself!! Way to go!

Tammy, Thank you so much! It really meant a lot. We can do it together!

I need to ask you girls, besides eggs, what do you eat as a morning protein?? I love them, but every morning!?!?!?

Well for BF I have 3oz of yogurt 1/2 D and 1/2 bran Buds 1 S (in the yogart)

I save the other 1/2 D for Cheese or another Yogurt later.
and my Free Exchange is normally saved for cups No salt Low Butter Popcorn, Yummie !
