ashleymorgan, the wedding is June 27th, 2009. It's a while away which is fine by me because my goal is to be looking good in skirts this summer -- and then I'll start thinking about looking good in a white dress next year.

Trudy, you've done great losing another 2.5 lbs! And don't you worry about whether you feel it or not because as long as you see the scale just keep on going down, you'll be able to see and feel the results in no time. Even better when you're adding a little activity to the mix.
Julia, keep on giving that seamstress more work with each fitting! You'll look wonderful for the wedding.

As for
me, I'm nearing my 4th week anniversary and have reached my goal of losing 10 lbs within the month! woo hoo! I'm not counting on another 10 coming off in the next month because I'm going to try to focus more attention on the fitness side of it which will likely build muscle and slow the weight 'loss'. Fine by me as long as the
fat loss keeps going down!
Keep motivated everyone! Some excellent results are churning out of this little group!
