Trudi... I know what you mean, I'm surprised I'm sticking with HM too, I usually would of given up by now too.. too much work :dizzy: Your doing great though so keep it up!! I want to work hard today so when I weigh in tomorrow I'll be down again..og btw I almost forgot to tell ya's that when I got weighed in yesterday I was down 1.2Lbs :cheer2: When I started June 11 I was 184 and now I'm 175.6 almost my first 10Lb loss. Hi Trudy - I have been working out at home. I will link a beginner strenght training site that I have been using. Also check out the 100 pushup challenge on 3FC. I have also been recording Shimmy. A belly dance work out its quick (15 min) and fun. Gotta go for church will try to link latter.

afternoon ladies... well I went in for my dreadful Monday weigh in and of course I'm up 2Lbs like I'am after the week-ends.I hate the weekend eating.
I called my hubby and told him its his fault:D because him and the kids wanted my favourite...Chinese food, so I went and all I ate was won ton soup, little bit of rice and 2 very small ribs that they have and I retained the damn salt. How depressing..sorry just mad at myself not doing better at this, I should work out more than just walking and be more strict on eating and say NO instead of sure. grrrrr. I feel like I'm failing sometimes, and I know if I work out more then I would lose more, nut nooooo too lazy. I think I just gave myself a lecture :o I'll stop now and I will have to change myself for myself!! Talk to yas soon Isabel |

On my WI & MM I was down 4.5 for the week and .5 inch for the Week. Love it I'm only ... 3.6 lbs away from 150lbs !! |
HI guys went for my weigh in today and was down 1.4. I was surprised after the long weekend....I have been very bad about journaling on the weekends so I tend to over eat because I don't always remember what I have ate for the day.
I am down 22 and it is still slow going my own fault totally....I am now on 3 weeks vacation so I hope to get everything back on track and get to the gym more. We had to but the new water bottles $5 but I declined mine as it was pretty small for me...I drink alot of water and would be constantly filling it up. The pedometers we also for sale...$5 as well I think....I will have to sleep on that one.... Nice to see everyone doing so well....I have used both the s/b and f/b and totally worth the time...but what is this all about the CLA? I just saw it today at the center but didn't have time to ask aout it. I need something for my stomach...that is where I am carrying my weight..I tell everyone that is whae I inherited from my grandma....all the women on my mom's side have the stomach...yuk so hard to work on too....but speaking of working I am off to curves and work out as it is my birthday...yup 46...sounds bad when you say it out loud..:( so maybe they will give me a mug or something for showing up....but ladies have a great day and I hope to be back on real soon. !!! |
Everyone is doin so well!! It makes me feel so much better. I had a crazy week. I was in the hospital late last week so needless to say i gained 1.4 after that but then i was down after the long weekend by 0.6 but i hope i am back on track....no WI until friday for me so I will keep everyone posted.

Hey girls!! Back from my 5 days at the cottage :-) Still off til next Tuesday Yaye!!! Went for my WI this morning and stayed the same, was hoping for a loss but maintaining on holidays is good too right??
Had a great relaxing time, took all my supplements and had 1, yes 1 REAL ice cream cone! Was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S LOL Friday should be better as I am back at training and having my meals at regular times. :woohoo: Christina with the losing!! I also went in for my wi and mm, I was down 1.6Lbs and 3 3/4" from last time total of 9Lbs loss and 13 3/4" lost. I'm struggling the last pound to make 10Lbs down grrrrr. I got a new water bottle when they gave me the new lists of foods and eat out food lists, I dont like the bottle the top closes when your drinking it and the bottle taste funny and I washed it too. I'm starting to plan a weeks worth of suppers from the 2 awesome cookbooks that I bought from HM so maybe it will be easier to eat healthy instead getting off work at 4 or 5pm and then decide what to make. Then the lady at HM challenged me to lose 2.5Lbs by Saturday:dizzy: We'll see how I do at that one.No fruit or starch after 4pm. Well better go watch my movie and then off to bed to work in the am. :cheer3: remember your doing this for you and you only, but were doing it together!! :hug: |

After one week still down 3.6 and 4 inches!! Had a busy (and not so good eating) long weekend, so I am pleased. Go again today so hoping to be down a bit more now that I am back eating 100% according to the plan. Love those tickers and I understand need 30 posts to get one. May be a whilef or me. We leave on holiday for 10 days starting Friday morning > will be hard to stay on track but will do my best.

Ok Not Happy with the Centre.. Ok not so much the center but They have a New Manager and SHe Dont like me weighting in my shirt & Undies with "The gals standing outside the door"... My work shirt is Longer than my Butt ! .
Well here the Story ... New Manger come over from another location and She didnt like How I weigh in She gave My Fav person.. grap for letting me do this "I SAW IT IN HER SEE'S WHEN SHE WAS TELLING ME THAT THE NEW MANAGER DONT LIKE IT AND NOT TO BE WEIGHT IN THE WAY. When I was explaining to the New Manager that I take this serious and I like this way of weighing in. I feel My lightest this way. I'm steamed and I Don't care for her... Hey it's my$3200 in the end help paying her paycheck too and I as should weight in how I like. Its not like I'm Naked , She wants me in my weigh in a pr of boxers and I told her I run over here from work and cant bring them all the time. & another issue.... I didn't like the Idea of having to many people at this center and asked if any more poeple coming to the centre and her responds was you need to get use to meeting New people and I said to her.. I Dont need to be "meeting new poeple" and telling all my business. I like knowing I can come in see a 1 or two workers there ... GGrrr... what ya think..? GGrrr Sorry to Vent ....:mad: |

well if any remembers, I was challenged from the lady at HM to lose 2.5Lbs by Saturday(yesterday), she gave me the challenge on Wednesday.. so I had to lose 2.5Lbs in 3 days and I asked "are you freakin serious?" and she laughed and said ya, I knew I wouldnt be able to and didnt want to put myself up for a disappointment, so I talked to the owner there the next day and she said that was too short of time for what I went through with my galbladder attack and such so she up'd it to next saturday :woohoo: I didnt do too bad this week-end except for supper when I had a footlong hotdog and some fries, but I didnt get to eat lunch, and I ate breakfast late. Still kept taking my pills though. I find myself not hungry and then I get in trouble by HM for not eating or not eating enough. grrrr went for a big walk with my golden retriever and my ipod so hopefully worked some off and will do crunches before bed and leg lifts too. I only ate that bad supper was because my hubby and kids and I went to Sauble Beach today and had a blast and ate there instead of home and let me tell ya they dont have healthy food for yas. I'am proud though I :running:walked right passed Dairy Queen and their banana split :tantrum: :D how did everybodyelse do this week-end?? hopefully better. Well better go and figure out tomorrow's food day and then excercise. :hug: Isabel |
Christina - I thinks the new gal needs to lighten up in the personality way. I completely get the one or two people thing. Back in the end of April there was a complete staff turn over like I mean 100%. Then I had to figure out who I conected to best before sharing some of my issues that contribute to my weight like DH, and other stuff. But there is usually 2-3 girls that I deal with. And 2 I confide in. Funny they start confiding in me to now! Kinda neat. But they are still able to crack that whip and are riding me about the 3 lbs that keep coming on and off over the last two weeks. Stop self sabbotaging and get to that 30 lb goal.
I think that I am changing my mini goal to be the first 10%. Then my mind will no longer be on the "30" focus. !0% is an odd number. Crossing fingers and toes to get myself to the next level. Isabel - They really do mean well when the slap your wrist about not eating. I have figured out when I dont eat then When I am hungery I dont make good choices. Then I also have discovered if I dont get my water. I feel hungry when really is thirsty and then I over eat then too. I have to get back to planning each item. I was most successful droping 2-4 lbs a week when I planed wach meal and snack for the whole week before going shopping. Then there is no question about what to have and giving into pizza since meat is still frozen etc. Great job everyone! Have a great week! |
I think a person should be able to WI in whatever they feel like.....I can't believe they would have a problem with that.
Congrats sexiness on walkin past the DQ!! I think I had a good weekend, will find out on Wednesday. We had people over for a fire and they all drank and ate hot dogs but I didn't at all. So I hope that good decision shows on the scale!! According to Wii Fit, I have lost since last WI but that doesn't really mean much...lol |
Hi.. I feel FAT FAT FAT... Hahaha.. I ate too much over the weekend, even a burger and fries.. Funny thing it didn't even taste good. But I felt so full and bloated after.
I might go into the centre tomorrow but as for today my scale is up 4 lbs. I know its mostly salt but I don't want to be up that much when I go in. I find weekends are so hard especially in the summer. We seem to go to parties every weekend pretty much.. |

Just got back from softball and thought I would come in and see how everybody has been. Trudy.. I know how you feel with its hard on the week-end in the summer not to eat bad, and I thought it would be easier than winter because you get out more and stuff, but I was wrong! I thought I would of gained after eating the footlong hotdog and ff but I actually lost :carrot: I usually gain every week-end so I put my mind to it and decided that I'm not gonna let myself gain over the week-end no matter what and 2 in a row I've lost, but its taking FOREVER to lose my first 10 Lbs. :tantrum: I'm making a list for every 10 Lbs I lose I buy something that I want to make myself so then I will work harder to get there. Julia - I hear you on the self sabotage. I reached 35ibs gone and then popped back up 3 pounds. Got back down to 34.8ibs gone then back up 4 pounds. Yikes. Right now I'm at 33.8ibs gone. Gonna have to re-focus myself and get back on track. Weekends for me are either-or. I find, if I stay at home I gain and if I'm out and busy I lose. So, here I go for busy weekends. ttyal |

Christina - Good for you with checking out the "Rule". Its good to know. I like knowing that I can wear as little as I like with in my comfort. Like I might have done that yesterday when I ran in and realized I was wearing a skort. AH double the weight skirt and shorts!

I think you should be able to weigh in anyway you want as long as you are consistant! I know that when I go to weigh in I try to wear as little as possible (or as light as possible). Besides your doing awesome!!
Anyhow went to my weigh in on Monday and I was down to 161!! I was thrilled!! Now if only I can break the 160 mark...arggg! Anyhow good luck to everyone... keep up the good work! Talk to you all soon. Jen |
Hey everyone, went to WI today. I was another .6 down. Good number for me. Still another .6 until I'm back to my lowest and I'm still 6-8 pounds behind where I should be. Ah well, can't win them all, just hope things pick up for a little while.
Oh yeah, I think I just broke my lawn mower. Oops, got a little close to a rock and hit it with the blade, doesn't sound so great now. Husbands gonna be upset. Because he has to fix it. Not my forte. |

well what a week. I ended up having another galbladder attack on Tuesday night and was taken to the ER again and thank god the same dr that treated me before was there again. It was WAY worse this time and the dr was worried too. He's gonna refer me to a surgeon, but has to wait till after my ultra sound on the 15th and my visit with my regular dr on the 17th.I just hope I dont have another one.He told me if I get another fever or any pain to come back to the er right away.I spit up blood before I went to the er too so dont know what that was all about.He checked my liver with a blood test and said its been effected by my attacks so he said it needs to come out. HM talked to a dr with HM and said for them to take me off the product that I was on and put me on another pill till the surgery is over.
I did get weighed in and measured on Wednesday and lost 2.8 Lbs and another 3 3/4" so a total of 11 Lbs and 16" wooo hoooo. They said I will go up and down right now because my body is all out of wack.Better not be up too high. Congrats for all the losers, your doind fantastic!! Isabel :carrot: |
I am so glad you got the WI clothing verified. I kinda had a feeling the new manager was full of it when she told you no more.
Oh my goodness sexiness, good luck on getting that all taken care of. So, went to WI on Wednesday and was down 2.6 for a total of 25 lbs and am down a total of 25 inches, so I am happy about that. Keep up all the good work all!! |

I'm 2.6 lbs below you Mini goal :dizzy: but I feel I did very well for my first Mimi goal. Now for WI today Me & new manager talked because I had a Copy of my Email to HO of HM and a reply from M Purecel. So she claimed she didnt know that rules had changed and she was sorry... Hum :o . So I and others can weight in as we feel in comfy now. But I'm still working on her and I seeing eye to eye because I really Only want my Sara to WI & MM me ! I told my Sara(One Of fav person at centre) that if she Moved centre I would follow her. :hug: to contenou my Weight loss with her ! I also bought some Formula S/B ( W/ 10% off- Coupon in Book) for the Wedding this weekened So I can enjoy a Drink or 3 & Eat but NOT PIG OUT !! |
