I had Lottory tickets from the Center for every 10lbs lose and 1 was for 10% and other was 20% off product and I used it on my 10% off Journal Papers and 20% off Chocoberry chews.

Hi girls.. I went in today and got weighed and I am down 1.8 lbs. I think I better get in there more since I seem to go only once per week now. I hate going on mondays cause I am usually up.

Christina you look fantastic in your new pic. Your face is getting so slim.

Well not much new here but I am quite busy so I will check in when I can.. I guess I should go look for a picture of me since you all have one.

Posts or Account missing?
The bad news: We had a major server crash at 1:40am June 6. All 2 million posts were gone We tried everything possible to recover them, but it was impossible. The nightly backup had copied the corrupted database, so we had to resort to restoring with the most recent stable copy which was done on May 23.

The good news: We were able to recover everything through May 23

Unfortunately, this means that posts, profile changes, and new memberships made in the last 2 weeks are gone and they are gone forever.

We are extremely sorry that this has happened, but we are very relieved that we were able to save nearly 10 years worth of posts and memberships.

Hopefully we can look at this as a fresh start! Thanks for understanding, we greatly appreciate your support

Ok I'm was the Same at fri WI 161.5 and was hoping to been 160.5 on there scale because I was at home !

SO here to having to fight the Weekened to HAVE Loose my 5lbs I need to work on for Wed WI & MM......to be where I should I believe.

I will cry if I don't get my 150 by July 12 for my Sisters wedding. 11.5lbs to go !

Hey there.. I tried to post yesterday but the server was down. Too bad they lost all those posts. But we are still here and that is good.

Hi Christina.. I know you can do 150. You have done so well so far. Congrats.

I have been so busy this last week and my eating was very weird. I had to move my daughter to a new apt last weekend and the next couple of days after that I was in Toronto helping her organize and shopping for new stuff. Its hard to eat out all the time and stay on program. I also had a funeral to go to on Thurs and you know what the food it like there, little sandwiches and desserts.

I guess I did ok though by trying to count everything cause I was down another 2lbs this week. Probably since I was so busy I didn't have much time to eat and running around all week helped.
Hopefully this week is not so busy so I can get more vegetables and fruits in.

I went for weigh in yesterday and I am down 1.8. YEAH! I also got my HM Restaurant guide and my new food selections sheets. Very exciting.
They have all my favorite restaurants in there!! Nice to know I can feel more in control when I go out to eat with my family. I am keeping it in my purse for convenience.

Christina... WTG!!!!! That is fantastic.

Trudy... I am proud of you. Half way must feel GREAT!!!

Figured I'd get a quick post in before heading out.
Weighed in on Friday. I was 216.2 which is 33.4 pounds down.
I had a very busy last weekend. I was out on a field exercise (camp trip) with cadets. Of course food was prepackaged and made for a difficult time trying to eat light. I did not follow the plan as it was impossible to. I'd already told the girls at the centre about it. I did lose some weight as I think I gave more blood than a blood donar. Holy bugs, batman.
Gotta go now, two younger ones to a bday party.

so for 2 months of HB-- 26.8 lbs and 23.75 inches down.

Hi, Well I just finished my 2 week intro...and so far so good. (although not doing so well today.) It's nice to talk to other people on this program. I'm finding that the gals at the center are young, skinny and to be honest not all that knowledgable. (they seemed great when I was signing up and handing over that cash but then when I started I found that I really had to teach myself this program... A little discouraging. But that's not turning me off. I have 45lbs to lose.
Anyhow... you say that the cook books really help. I was thinking of getting them on mon. Have they really worked for you? Suggestions? Jen

Sorry the staff have not been helpful, mine seem ok.. but if I am not losing 2-3 lbs a week they are hard..

The ladies at my center are skinny too, but they have their before and after pics up on the wall. I feel better about it once looking at their before pics. Some of them have lost quite a bit of weight.
If you're having such a bad time with them, try calling HM headquarters. Maybe you can transfer your account to a different center. Is there another one in your town? You might not think it now, but there will be a time when you will need their help.

I didn't find the cookbooks helpful at all. I find I am still cooking my same recipes, just adjusting the ingredients for healthier living. My problem was never with what I ate, it was how much and at what time of day. Which is still a problem for me.

Hey ladies!!! Wow, you are doing so well. I'm down 14 pounds & 15.75 inches in 6 weeks. Wish it was more but am happy with that.

Bought a box of meal replacement this week. Oh my GOD!!! so yummy!!!! Very convenient for busy week-ends when I eat breakfast late and too busy for a quick lunch and................................I joined Curves on Friday!!!!! I absolutely LOVED it and left very proud of myself :-)

Hi guys How is everyone? Sound like u are all doing great!! I have been MIA for over a month from the looks of things! Time has gone so fast. I was soooo busy - had a wedding, my 24 anniversary, my son's 21 bday and my daughters grade 12 graduation --- all in the last month!!! Can you say food everywhere??? My god it has been the toughest 30 days I think I have ever had while trying to lose weight! I did still lose but I did plateau for about 3 weeks where I pretty much stayed the same....and the took away 1 fruit and 1 veggie!!! I think I would die w/o my FE in the evenings...popcorn is my saviour!! I can not live without it.....

I have the newest cookbook and it has some great recipies in it. I have made a few for the family and they loved them....I have a totally awesome desert recipe that makes you feel like you are cheating...

baked apples
you can either leave it whole but cored or slice in a pan
pour on A & W diet rootbeer (1/4-1/2 cup depending on how many apples)
add cinnamon to taste
bake at 350 till apples are tender....
the pop kinda bakes to a syrup almost...they are sooo goood :))

After reading all the entries I realized I miss everyone and am going to try and be more consistant with my entries....

I am down 20 lbs and 16 1/2 inches....down a size in my pants and shirts....yeah!!!

Ive had my head in the sand! Several really bad days and up 4lbs. The TOM is horrible. Thinking it must be payback for years of no TOM issues. Now I lose the weight my body is rebelling...who knows. Decided this morning that I will start going to my centre each day again to get back on track!

Did everyone get thier new program stuff...I got mine today!

AAAARRRRRRRHHHHH. TOM does suck. Ususally I only go up 1.5 but I was up 2.6 on Wednesday. Bah Humbug.
Spent the last 3 days, walking more and just pushing myself for that little bit more activity to help.
Should be better at WI today.

now WI @ 158.6 & 70inches all together !:carrot:

And I asked about the new stuff and we don't have it yet in Windsor. but will reask the centres manger on Fri she in then.

You will/should get an expanded food selection & flavour guide, a guide to pre packaged and frozen entrees, restaurant guide and a water bottle. LOTS of details and lots of new options. Overloaded! Some of the options are to scary as I would not be able to stop like Pizza you will be able to have 1 of 10 slices from Pizza Pizza, Boston Pizza etc. Low fat/sodium peanut butter is a 1/2 tbsp serving = 1 fat.

OK, I was down 1.6 on Wed WI. Hoping for more, but that's good enough. Still have 1 pound to get back to my lowest so far.
To get on track for Monday, have to be down around 4 pounds for my goal.
It's really nice to see others progress as I read these posts. Congrats.
Not a peep about the NEW stuff at my centre. Is it true for all stores that the water bottle will be given again. I already had to buy a second green one(yeah the bad one) because I broke the first. Don't want to fork out the money yet again.
Gotta go take the kids to the bus. TTYL

You gals are all doing great... Well still holding at 167.5 as of yesterday... Hopefully will lose a bit more by monday...fingers crossed. I did get a stainless steel water bottle about a week ago... the only prob. I see with it is that you can't put ice cubes into it cuz the opening is way tooo small.. So I don't use it. I went to walmart and got a 1L bottle, from the sports section cost about $2.oo, and I love that. I tend to fill it up (water and ice cubes) whenever it gets empty so I'm finding that I drink 3-5L of those (1L= 4cups) and it's helping...ok so not so good so far this week, kidlets have been sick and I tend to fall of track when I'm tired. Do any of you find that you tend to eat more when you're tired? Anyhow keep up the good job...Jen:^:
