Hope everyone had a great OP day!! Today was day 2 for me staying OP!!

Debbie****** Did you have a busy day today? It seemed like a Monday didn't it? For some reason when we have a day off, the week always seems longer!! Looking forward to dinner & cards Saturday.I need to laugh.

Doni****** Do you have a check card? It works just like a credit card but comes right out of your checking.I have one but don't use it much.I'm a "copy" person!

Shelley****** I used to go to WW WAY back when you counted fat-grams.It's all so new now.I would really love to join on line like ya'll do but, I'm so scared that I won't stay OP and waste my money.But I guess you & Gayle was scared too huh?

Hi everyone. Hope you are all staying OP. I'm trying really hard. Worked the last 2 days at the doctor's office & now trying to make sure I have everything ready & cleaning. I did want to say hi to my best buddies before I leave. I will be thinking of you all, especially if I go to cheat, lol!

Just a quick note to Sher: you can go visit the site and get some idea of the plan, you will not be able to go into everything until you sign up if you choose to do so. Today I had cereal, milk, banana. A whole bag of 96% F/F popcorn. chicken, brown rice, mixed veggies. A can of vegetable juice and a S/F F/F blue bunny ice cream sandwich for my snacks. I did not use all of my points up and in fact I gained an extra one for getting a bit of exercise in. I am so use to watching calories and fat that I am sure it will take awhile for me to catch on... it is REALLY SIMPLE! In fact I copied off 28 pages of info from the site with the point value for several foods, from everyday to fast food. I have to stay motivated now after I committed myself to paying for a three month plan!!!! I have a feeling it is going to be the best money that I have spent for awhile!!! ***

Gayle-I'm just ShelleyM on the WW site. There are so many threads that I don't have a special one. I used to post on the 40's board, but I'm more inclined to read Newbies,General, and Food Talk. The posts get lost there since so many people respond. Good luck. BTW, I also post my loss on the Tales From the Scale Sunday weighin. They have a weighin for each day of the week, if you are interested.

Sherry-I eat the following:
Breakfast-5 hardboiled egg whites, 1/2 cup milk in coffee
Lunch-Turkey and ff cheese on lite wheat sandwich, apple, carrots
Dinner-Either ground beef, chicken, or beef, pasta or rice, and a veggie. Also a huge salad with 2 tbl ff dressing.
Snacks-popcorn, ff cheese, Skinny Cows, sf popsicles.

Morning all....

I have to have a MRI now b/c the scan was not conculsive to show which parathyroid needs to be taken out. So now schedule that and wait.


Wanda....Be careful and have a great time. You deserve it. Glad your taking time for yourself.

Gayle....Hey Grl/friend I know you are kidding about MIL. Your right I love her so much...hehehehehehe.

Sherry....Hey pick a day & time and let's chat. We all struggle with that little demon on eating right and the fustration, but knowing you and the way you help us that you can gain control again of eating the right food. Don't get down on yourself b/c I won't let you...

Sherry-I tend to eat the same things everyday. Sometimes when I am at home, for lunch I will substitute 6-8 cups of air-popped popcorn instead of a sandwich. If I do that, I have a huge salad with it.

I try to save at least 12-14 points for dinner, since my husband usually makes a starch to go along with it.

My nighttime snack right before beddy bye time is either a Skinny Cow or some Healthy Choice ice cream (1 cup.) I don't skimp on anything, and have still lost!

Well this tread has been fairly quiet today.
Didn't want to look to anxious and post right after my last message.lol Had to let Shelley post first.It might look like I don't do anything all day. Yeah right I don't do much any more....not like the good old days when I was hyer and had my health. All I do is eat sleep walk and play on the computer.
So since I had such an eventful day what exciting news do you have to share with me?
Well I haven't fallen of the wagon yet. Though I did eat two biscotti's that I wasn't planning on. I guess I will have to cut back on dinner.
It was a cold sunny day here. When I walked this morning I had to bundle up. It was quite nice out because the sun is so warm and there was no wind. We don't have much snow left because it was melting for the last few days.
Well I will let you ladies post now....I don't want to waste all the cyber space paper.
