Good morning all,
I am off to work. first time since last thursday. Having a bit of a hard time breathing, but am giving it a try. I have my inhaler and my spacer and am also hitting the pool. I need to, I cant believe how tight my body is from not swimming, it really loosens everything up. Also I am trying it without a shirt over my suit today, Ill let you know if the shirt comes off!!!

T so are you feeling better? Swimming without a shirt now that is a level!! I'm not even up to the level of swimming with a shirt!! I'd still be too embarrassed but maybe in another 20 lbs!!

Anyways I am down to 180 and feeling really good about that!

WOW B your pounds are just melting off ...I'm so jealous.

I seem to have found my will power and I'm back on track. Lost the three pounds I gained last week ...and another. Hopefully I can pull another big number next week..getting me finally out of the 230's

ok so I fell off the wagon, but yesterday was my b-day and I had some cajun and a sunday. Also visiteed the junk store at the mall and tried chocolate covered peanut butter cookie dough, wow it was yummy!!!!!!!
I am tying alli and we will see how that works.

I'm still here but I fell off the wagon and was too embarrassed to come on!! Anyways I gained 3 pounds but I lost it so I am now back at 180!! I can't wait to see the 170's.

Lorra: congrats on getting out of the 230's!!

T: Happy birthday!! How was it? chocolate covered peanut butter cookie dough sounds amazing!! How is Alli going?
